If you want an AC service with competitive pricing and employees with integrity, go to Cannon Bros, especially if you need repair on an older AC unit. The repair man that they sent out did not try to sell me anything I did not need and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of what each repair would bring along with the costs associated. I had Brian come by my house and he did a great job repairing my AC system and got everything finished in an hour. If you need a recharge on R22 freon they are the guys to call. When they came to my house they only charged $50 per lb to fill my system. compair that to the $100 plus per lb everyone is charging. I highly recommend them for AC repair.

Had the best experience today with cannon brothers! Our AC has been out since this weekend and we’ve been miserable. They called us first thing today, were at my home within a few hours, and had our AC fixed within half an hour! We couldn’t be more grateful for their services.

Charles Chestney did the maintenance on my 4 A/C units. He was knowledgeable and professional. Explained the condition of each given their different ages. Had some recommendations that I had done at a reasonable fair price. My home warranty company wanted three times the cost for doing the exact same thing. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of Cannon Brothers. Will continue my maintenance contract with them for this very reason.

Canon Bros AC & Heat were able to fit me in the very next day and were able to work around my work schedule!
All I had was a clogged drain so they unclogged it and just charged me for a service call! I couldn't be more pleased!

Fantastic service! We called at 5:10pm after our A/C quit and figured we'd be lucky if they could get here the next morning. Instead they came at 7pm, made a no-charge warranty repair and had us running before the kids noticed the house was warming up. This in mid-July!

Devon came to my house to check out my AC for the season. I have never had a technician take as much time as he did. Never. And I’m in my 70s. He was amazingly thorough. Company tried to sell me an entire new system when i asked for the condenser fins to be combed and repaired. Service tech said it couldn't be done. Called another company out and they were able to repair the fins as the unit was working fine. Talked to the "manager" as sheso rudely was insistent to collect on a $110 service fee and although i explained that their tech wasn't willing to do what was requested. Pictures are before and after

Cannon Brothers did an excellent job on my unit from beginning to end. I received estimates from 8 different companies in the Memphis area & nobody helped me the way Cannon Brothers did. It wasn’t about making the sale. It was about getting the unit my place needed and what would work best. Connor came out & gave me a quote, but also helped with 1/2 the installation.
