My service today was great - I had a plumbing emergency that could've caused significant damage, but Kris came promptly, resolved the issue, and kindly answered all of the questions I had. I've been using Automatic for my heating/cooling and will now continue to use Automatic for plumbing needs going forward.

Blayze Matley inspected and cleaned my gas logs. He was able to completely clean the soot off the inner bricks of the fireplace as well as the logs. Looks like new! He is polite and knowledgeable.Also cleaned up well. Tristan came with Blayze to check my heating system. He was also polite and knowledgeable.

Cody at Automatic has serviced our HVAC both times since purchasing our home this summer and he is always great. Very trustworthy and upfront about what is needed and what work he’s doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone for HVAC work.

I had an issue with my sewer. I noticed it at 1:30pm and called for service. I was told to expect a technician between 2 and 4. Dustin and Nick showed up at 2:30 shortly after a text that let me know they were on their way. Between Dustin's and Nick's professionalism and my decent knowledge of my house we worked together and they fixed my 100 year old house's drainage issue(They did 99.9% of the work). Price was clear before they started and they were exactly what I needed. Many thanks!

I called them at 11:50am about my air unit and Wesley was at my house at 12:15pm. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He even helped me bring in my groceries! Within 10 minutes of him leaving I received a call from the office to schedule additional services. They are very quick and efficient!

Dustin Wood is awesome. Dude came out on the Sunday before Thanksgiving--just an hour after we called--and fixed several leaks from under our sink where water was gushing. Replaced several valves & lines and had us patched up & ready to host friends for dinner in just a couple of hours. Not only knew his stuff, but was also a super friendly guy. Gave me some good tips about maintenance too. Thanks Dustin!

As always very pleased with Automatic. James V once again came to service my boiler. I live in a home that is over 100 years old that radiator heating. James‘s attention to detail is wonderful. He makes sure that all the radiators have been bled and the boiler is in excellent condition. James is very professional and kind always patiently answers any question or concern that I have. Great company great employees.

Blaze and Tristan were awesome. Prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They went straight to the problem, diagnosed and proposed the simplest best value remedy. Very conservative and effective. They cleaned up excess water where others did not. They prioritize repairing just the failing components over replacing the while system. Great value.

I have used Automatic for many years. They never disappoint. They installed a new A/C system in a 104 year old house with lots of complications and rose to the task each time. Automatic is the best HVAC company in the area. Don’t bother with the rest. All of their technicians are great. Last week, we had Hunter come out to tune up our furnaces. Couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend.

Wesley was excellent- he came out to service our upstairs unit this morning. He did a great job and was so polite! He even noticed we had gas logs in the fireplace and asked if we knew Automatic also does maintenance on those.
