Never used Absolute Comfort before but was referred by a neighbor. Heater stopped working and after I called, someone was at my front door within about a half an hour. Probably good timing but they analyzed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Very professional and very courteous.

Gavin came before the scheduled time for the annual checkup and it was good. He also put cholrox down the heater drain for me. He also gave me info on a new product. A good visit. Ready for summer.

Brandon came right out and diagnosed the problem. We ended up having to call a plumber but Brandon cleaned up the water and wet insulation. He was polite and responsive. Absolute also keeps you posted on progress with texts. I’m very pleased with them.
