Opach's A/C & Heating Service is the most professional company I've ever worked with. I had a new A/C unit bundle installed. Their HVAC techs were absolutely wonderful. I was able to schedule the install quickly, the day after my unit was inspected. My unit was very old, installed when I was in the 9th grade (and I'm 43 now) lol.. and it had a severe leak. All the freon was gone so I new I needed a new one. The techs were all professional. They quickly installed the outdoor and indoor components and wifi enabled thermostat which was a great upgrade from the 30 yr old thermostat we had before. Throughout the entire install they continued to ask if we had questions. The new unit is working wonderfully. The professionalism of the guys and the high quality of their work can't be overstated. I will certainly use them again for all of my A/C and Heating needs.

We used this company as a maintenance for our heating and air units. We been going back and forth getting our unit repaired for the last year with this company. This unit is less than 8 years old. So what could be the problem. We were told we had a leak and we should replace our unit for some outrageous price. This is because they said the unit might be leaking. Instead of repairing it, they charged us $600+ dollars for Freon and left. He asked if we wanted to leave a tip. We just laughed and said no. The unit went out the next day. We called and asked to have management call us back. They never called. Good they don’t need to. Spoke to others who have had the same experience. How did they get 5 Stars? Good luck folks if you choose this company.

My experience with Opachs in having a HVAC installment was excellent! It was definitely 5 star service! Opach's Sales Rep A.C. was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient with me. He answered all my questions thru out the process. He worked with me to make the unit more affordable. The service techs that installed the unit were great! They were friendly, courteous, motivated and took pride in their work. They cleaned up thoroughly during and after the unit was installed. I was very impressed with the service and will recommend Opachs to others. Thank you, Opachs!

We knew this was coming - new roof installed recently and prior to that, a small leak put water on some of the controls ("motherboard"?) for the heating system in the attic. Over the weekend, it shut down and our friend/OPACHS Tech "AC" was out within an hour of our call to diagnose the problem and do a temp fix. Today, he called early (as he said he would) and then came out within an hour of his call for the permanent fix...

This is the type of service we get with OPACHS - from Tiffany in the Office to the guys like "AC" in the field - all are courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and on top of their game! No doubt about it - OPACHS is the best in Service, Quality, Pricing, and Customer Care and Service !

Mr. Donnie Walker exemplifies professionalism at the highest level. Always approachable, he takes the time to explain in as much detail as we wanted, precisely what the issues were with the HVAC. He suggested multiple paths to resolve the issues and also which ones would cost most and least. He also explained what the pros and cons were for each option without steering us towards any of them. Mr. Walker is also affable and easy going in nature so he lowers the stress level in the interaction. Good for us. We want him for ALL our HVAC issues because we trust him to tell us the truth about the job and parts needed as well as the cost.

I called multiple HVAC companies in the Memphis area, and they all informed me that my unit needed to be completely replaced and that it would take at least a week. Best Air worked with us on a different solution that saved us a ton of time and money. Tony and TJ showed up promptly and were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Will definitely use this company for repairs and tune-ups in the future.
