Jacob was great. He was actually able to come earlier than expected, calling to see if it would be convenient, which it was, was pleasant and thorough.

My HVAC system went out in my home. They explained very clearly why it couldn’t be repaired. I was a little stubborn and waited a couple of days. Went out again. I got a second opinion. That contractor also recommended replacement but his bid was more expensive and Memphis Air Conditioning and Heat offered a much better financing plan, so I went with them. Very glad I did. It was installed quickly and efficiently. I’ve been a homeowner for 4 years. This has by far been the best experience dealing with a contractor. Highly recommend.

AC went out during the hottest days of summer. I called Memphis air conditioning and heating. Jacob, the service manager immediately put all his resources to the task. He quickly scheduled me for troubleshooting and found my coil was faulty. informed me it was still under warranty. he and his team came out as soon as they received the part and installed it in the morning. AC is working awesome!

The team was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my old system and clearly explained my options. Excellent payment plan with great pricing. Then they notify you when they are on the way with an estimated arrival time. Pleasant, efficient and always leave everything clean.

Emmitt is the ac & heating technician that came to my home and from our first meeting one another until Emmitt left my home, I was completely satisfied with Emmitt's professional mannerism and services. At no time did Emmitt attempt to gaslight me about buying unnecessary repair and/or products. Instead, Emmitt explained that my ac is working fine and may only need professional cleaning which he performed. Emmitt signed me up for Memphis AC & Heating Company maintenance plan $99 a year to come out twice a year to service my ac and advised me of extra benefits. I highly recommend Memphis AC & Heating Company, especially my technician Emmitt the real deal pro!

Memphis AC and Heating has been wonderful. We needed a new unit this summer, and they were able to get us one fast. They stand by their work, too. There was a wiring issue that prevented the unit from heating. They came the same day to fix it. I also love their maintenance program.

Jake came out to look at my A/C. Diagnosed it and gave me the options. He got what I needed for my system exactly. He just left a little while ago and I'm enjoyed this cold air all over my house. We had a full HVAC system replacement and new duct work with an entirely new configuration (not an easy job). The Memphis Air Conditioning & Heating were fast, honest, great quality, excellent communicators, and willing to work with us. I highly recommend their services.

Jacob came out, diagnosed the issue, ordered the new part which was covered by warranty. Came back as scheduled with the new within the scheduled time and removed old motor and installed new moter within thirty minutes. The estimate was exactly what was paid. Jacob was a professional in his work. Very happy with the results. Will continue to work with the company.
