April 29, 2019 we had a Mini Split installed by American HVAC. The receptionist, Sharon, stayed in contact with me thru the entire process which is a big plus for me. Very friendly staff.The Technician that was sent, Reko, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about his work. He took time and made sure we understood what he was doing. Very clean and I mean very clean. He took very much care in performing the installation and such care and respect for our belongings.Very courteous and friendly. When he was done, two days after, he called to make sure everything was working properly and that we were satisfied. We are so satisfied, we invited Reko for our 4th of July cookout. Thank you Reko and American Staff. Great work!

Ben showed up early this morning to inspect leaking hot water tank. A new tank was installed. Ben pointed out and made notes of other major issues going on inside the closet with the water tank. During the bad weather I had outside faucet to freeze and burst . American HVAC and Plumbing was call they came in reasonably time and took care of my problem. I highly recommend them for your HVAC and Plumbing needs.

I called American HVAC for a second opinion on an issue another company quoted me $1500 for. The owner of American HVAC came out to check out my unit. He was very professional and quick, told me there was nothing with my unit that needed replacing, and saved me $1500. American HVAC immediately earned my business from here on out.

This company was called out to me by my Home Warranty company. They sent Ashley. A female. A wonderful, smart, kind female who knew her stuff. They have two females. One for HVAC, one for plumbing. Amazing to feel safe that I was getting great service without worrying about being home alone with a strange man and her authenticity was refreshing. The guy that runs the company is HONEST. He knows what other guys do. He’s banking on the fact that honesty and fairness will get him repeat business. This company will get mine.

They did a great job removing and replacing my water heater. Had a slight leak at shut off valve (not relates to water heater replacement) which they came the next day and repaired at no additional charge.

My technician, Ashley, was awesome! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She repaired an old pipe under my kitchen sink that the threads were rusty and corroding. Then she installed a new shut off valve, and my water was working great again! I would definitely use American again, and would ask that they send Ashley. The job didn't take long at all, and I was impressed with the results. Thanks Ashley and American!

We had a plumbing issue and Tyler was fantastic! He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 15 minutes. He stayed and tested everything to make sure it worked before he left, too. Friendly, great service! Will definitely call again.

This is our second time using this company in a month- the first, we needed a new hot water heater at our current house. Sharon had someone to us within an hour and within 24 hours the unit was completely replaced. Jessica was punctual and very professional. Currently, Jeff is at our new house helping with old piping in our bathrooms. Again, Sharon and the team were able to expedite the service and had Jeff here an hour after the initial call. The repairs will be completed same day. Overall we are very pleased with our experiences and will continue to call for any plumbing/HVAC issues we have in the future.

I had a problem with my outdoor unit not working. I called American HVAC and Plumbing. They were able to send a technician that day who diagnosed the issues and gave me options for repair. I would highly recommend them.

American HVAC and Plumbing is now my go to HVAC and Plumbing company! I called at Noon Monday after my AC went out that morning. I did have to leave a message, but my call was promptly returned by Sharon. She was very kind in getting my information and appointment set up. My appointment window was the next day from 3-6pm. I received a phone call Tuesday at 1:15pm to let me know that the technician was running early (always a good thing!). Jeff Moore promptly arrived and listened to my issues that I was having and jumped straight into figuring out my problem. He diagnosed that I had a seized condenser fan motor. Because of the OEM fan motor replacement, I would also need a new upgraded capacitor to match. He jumped on the phone to call local distributors and had difficulty finding one but didn't give up until he explored all the options. He located one and went right to pick it up and had it installed very quickly! Jeff then came inside and checked the outputs in the vents and returns and by bedtime we had a nice cool home to sleep in. I greatly appreciated the excellent customer service provided by Sharon and Jeff and look forward to a long relationship with American HVAC and Plumbing!!

Over a year ago, I lost my plumbing services during renovation/remodeling of our house. They stepped in the project and did/are doing great job toward our final inspection at reasonable cost. They show up anytime even for smallest problem. The technicians are up to their task, precise, and knowledgeable. Their office people are communicative, and respectful. I highly recommend their services.

The American HVAC AND PLUMBING Company is the best I have ever used since moving to Southaven; Mississippi! The estimate of my repair work was fair but most importantly American HVAC and Plumbing kept there word!! I have tried two other companies in Southaven, Ms and had nightmare experiences with both! High estimates and charging me for just coming out to give me estimates!! One Company which I won't give name out, actually tried to sabotage my system by taking apart and force me into buying a new system for over 10,000 Dollars!!
