I recently had two new units installed by Jeff and Jessica. The service was great from beginning to end. I feel such relief knowing my ductwork has been rerouted and airflow is much better in my house. I interviewed a few company’s before selecting and I was worried until I found American HVAC.I am really pleased with my new units and the customer service that I received.

This place is amazing! Hardly ever do reviews really reflect the experience I have, but this one really does! I had my air go out 5 hours before I was to go out of town. I found them on a Google search, and after reading the reviews, decided to try. The man I spoke to was very kind and understanding, but told me that he didn’t think he had any time to come out that day. I expected this because it was short notice plus we’re in a heat wave! But, he said he’d let me know. I received a call not long after, and he told me they had an opening and the technician was on his way! Amazing service! They man came and fixed the problem in what I think was great time and for a great price. I cannot recommend them enough and will be happily recommending them to everyone!!!!

We have been using this company for years for maintenance on our system, but recently we needed to have the whole system replaced. They presented us with several options, and did the work on schedule. There were a couple of small problems with the installation, and when we informed the company they came out to fix them within the hour. A truly positive experience.

Our AC unit went kaput during what felt like the hottest week of the year. I called Memphis AC and Heating on a Tuesday evening and Jason sent a tech out to take a look at my problem same day. My issue was complicated, but the good folks at Memphis AC and Heating had me repaired by the end of the week where other places wouldn't even have appointments until the next week.

There was no BS or pushy sales tactics with Memphis AC and Heating. Jason explained everything that was going on with my unit, all of my options, and guaranteed the work. I'm so grateful I reached out to them, and am so glad to have working AC again so soon. Would recommend Memphis AC and Heating to anyone! Great folks who do good work.

Update 5/2025: we signed up for the seasonal follow up services from Memphis AC and Heating. Benjamin was an exceptional tech who gave excellent customer service and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Satisfied yet again!

Austin was awesome! We called and he showed up same day. He let me know what time he would be there and then he was there! He fixed what needed to be fixed, was kind, professional, straight forward and the services were affordable and reasonably priced. I felt I was in good hands and I will recommend this company and call again should I have any other HVAC needs in future.

When I say the most incredible company! I love how nice they are. We had our first check up since purchasing our new AC unit. With the summer being super hot, our house is has been cool and everything looks good! Good company and good people

Memphis Air is one of the best air conditioning and heating companies in Memphis. All their techs are extremely knowledgeable and are there to fulfill the customers needs while not ripping you off like a lot of other companies. Great work done right the first time!!

Benjamin was fantastic. Took the time to explain what was happening every step and worked to fix the problem while being conscientious of cost, making us feel he had our best interests in mind all along.

Jack was great! He came out to complete my annual inspection and was very pleasant and knowledgeable! He explained everything very well and kept me in the loop throughout his process.

We had a great experience with Memphis Air Conditioning and Heating today. Turns out our problem was simple to fix and the technician, Kyle, was easy to work with and extremely professional. There had been a miscommunication on our end and he was happy to return to our house promptly to answer our questions. We will definitely call them for any future issues.
