Emmett came to the house for maintenance for seasonal change. One furnace had been installed in the 80’s and needed changing because it was not safe. If you want ease of mind on their work rest assured you will have it.

Ben, arrived on time was very polite. He explained every procedure he did to my Air Conditioner unit. I highly recommend him & Memphis Air Conditioning & Heating.

Responded on a holiday weekend within several hours of my call. Service tech was very professional and couldn't have been nicer. Follow up. Came out the following week and replaced the entire unit and moved a vent. Jason and his team Jose and Adalfo were great.

Jake and Gavin were top notch! Friendly, thorough, and gave excellent insight on our units and how best to keep them working as long as possible. We are so glad we're on a service plan now rather than planning on repairs that would have come pretty soon without their hard work!

My blower wasn't turn on on my furnace. I called MAC&H and made an appointment. The technician, Jason, called within 5 minutes and we discussed the problem. He said that it was most likely the blower motor and quoted me a price for it. He arrive exactly on time and determined there was another issue with the unit. After 2 replacement parts, I had heat! No need to replace the blower motor. I honestly feel that any other company would have went ahead and just replaced it. It's a very expensive part. Not only did they save a ton of money, I now have my forever repair people! Thank you so much! I am forever grateful!

Jake came out for maintenance and determined that my 32 year old system finally but the dust. He arranged for Emmitt to come out the very next day to give me a quote. Emmitt was very courteous and polite. Explained everything in detail. He provided financing information. Everything was very easy. We scheduled installation a week later. In the meantime my heat was cut off to prevent any carbon monoxide leaks. A cold front came through and Emmitt and his crew moved my installation up so that I would have heat. Emmitt and the installation crew worked all day and was able to get both systems installed in one day. I really appreciated their hard work. They were very professional and left the space clean. Emmitt took time to explain how everything worked. I would highly recommend using them for any HVAC issues.

Jacob and the install team did an awesome job, showed up on time and didn’t leave until we did a walk through to make sure we were completely satisfied. Very precise and did an amazing clean up job prior to departing! If you want to great AC/Heating company MAC&H is the way top go!
