I’m normally not the one to put a negative comment however I feel this justifies one. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with this company. Needed to get a water heater fixed and the technician that came out had minimal to zero experience on tankless heater, even after giving them the model and type of water heater I had. Long story short, they had to order a part (which ended up being the wrong part) and after multiple attempts to fix it, the technician manage to break the whole system. Needless to say, another plumbing company had to come in and fix what they should of fixed in the first place. The whole system has to be replaced. Very disappointed and will definitely not recommend this company!
