Our service tech, Matt, was fabulous not only with the diagnostics of the issues, but also with communicating the problem in terms we understood. We've had a long history with Service Experts and highly recommend them for commercial or residential HVAC needs.

11/9/25 - My 4 year old & I woke up to no heat on a Sunday morning. I figured I’d have to wait till at least Monday to schedule an appointment & I was wrong. They sent Nick N. to fix my issue & within 2 hours, I had heat again. Nick did a great job! The people at Service Experts are very friendly, prompt, & just easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

I called Service Experts because my AC stopped working and they sent a technician the same day. Tim Tran called to say that he would be here in about 30 minutes and he was here in that time. Tim listened to our problem and after a couple of minutes showed us what he found. He corrected the issue and our air conditioning worked perfectly after that. Tim explained everything that he was doing in terms we could understand. He was extremely courteous and wore protective covering on his shoes as well. Tim was an awesome representative of Service Experts.

Initially a great experience. Technician came and charged my system with freon, then set up an appointment the following day to further inspect the system. The technician never showed up and the company is trying to charge me for his time. Thankfully due to Blink cameras his absence was proven. Bad on the company and bad on the technician for trying to squeeze out an extra $99. Also, bad on the technician for wasting my time while waiting an entire afternoon for him to show up and leave me hanging. Overall very poor experience which is the reason for the rating.

10/28/25: Dak performed excellent service for maintenance on my HVAC to ensure that I would be ready for the fall/winter season coming up. He was courteous and informative and showed his expertise with my system and my concerns.

12/4/25: Nick has been to my house three different times now for two separate issues. First, my furnace stopped working, and he did a thorough diagnostic check to find the issue and repair it. Two days later, my water heater started leaking, and he came out and set me up for a replacement in no time. Nick is very professional, courteous, and extremely pleasant in his service.

This review is for our routine biannual maintenance contract with Service Experts. Matthew Taylor arrived promptly and completed the visit in a timely and professional matter. Matthew is always courteous and friendly, and can answer any and all questions posed to him, all while performing our maintenance. I highly recommend.

Late Friday, my home's original AC stopped working. Within 24 hours I have a professionally installed new system in no small part to the hard work of Ramon and David on a very hot day.

It was not a low cost purchase but I was charged a fair price with affordable short term financing.

Service went above and beyond expectations. Dak arrived early! Educated us on current state of our furnace and what to repairs to expect in the future. Happy to have a membership with this team. Thanks so much to Dak and Nick for saving us ahead of this winter storm. We are so grateful!!

Don't use them, you'll end up paying more. I'm replacing a compressor 1 year later because they overcharged it. Also, they don't perform all work requested & will nickel & dime you. We asked them to check everything, they did not, & charged us when they had to come back out for something we paid to have checked a month previously. Honesty or competency, not sure? Either way, not good.

Kyle did a great job. He cleaned my units and found no leaks;
found no mechanical issues.

Got estimates from 3 Trane dealers. Al Britt blew them all away by hundreds of $. His many years of experience shown not only in his knowledge of the equipment, but how he deals with people. Not too many still doing business the old school way. How refreshing. His installers were courteuos and professional. Could not be more pleased.

Our air went out during the hottest days of august, Al kept us filled with freon every 3 days until they could safely go into the atticto work .Ended having coil and compressor replaced, all still under warranty ,didn't cost us anything. Very grateful to to Al and "G".

I had a major dilemma. A family with a baby was staying in my AirBnB and the A/C went out. It was 86 degrees in Memphis humidity.

On Good Friday, mind you, Al Britt had a two-man crew at my house within an hour of my emergency call.

They fixed the problem and then cleaned out my air conditioning unit.

I was so impressed because I live near his office and didn't imagine I would need him.

As his commercial says, there's only one Al Britt!

Air conditioning went out while temps were in the high 90s. I was concerned (miserably hot) not only for myself but for my long-haired fur-baby (even more miserably hot).
