Terrance and Dalton came out. They kept me well informed of the time frame. They were both very professional; providing courtesy water. He showed me the equipment so I would be informed and know the parts when they talk about it. They also showed me potential problems to look out for in the future. I will recommend them each and everytime.

Dak Dixon provided Outstanding service and details explanation of systems operations. He totally respects your property and his friendly atmosphere makes customer feel very comfortable and appreciate his detail work. Matt recently serviced my unit and I was extremely impressed with the quality of his work and professionalism. He took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing which I really appreciated.

Despite my curious 2-year-old grandson asking him repeatedly what he was doing, Matt remained patient and kind the entire time.

David and Ramon did a great job getting our unit to cool again—in July!! They even dealt with an unexpected, additional problem with one of our vents. They were professional and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I appreciate Service Experts!

I had routine maintenance. Tim was the service technician. I was very pleased with his service. He arrived on time, was very polite, asked if I had questions, reminded me to get a new filter, explained what he did & showed me a picture of an issue. I think he did a great job.

What a Rip off! I will never use this company again. My outside AC unit stopped working. They came out to diagnose the issue. Not only did they send a tech they also sent a sales guy. When tech was diagnosing issue, he turned off unit power outside. He then proceeded to tell me the compressor was not working. I asked if it had anything to do with the power being turned off. He turned it on and compressor was fine. Then he said the Fan was burned out. He quoted me $1050 to replace the fan. I asked if he could do better and he dropped price to $880. While he was going to get part I searched online to see cost of a replacement fan. It is only $135 for the new fan! I asked tech why they are charging me $750 to install a new fan! Completely ridiculous. I ordered the part and installed it myself. It only took 30minutes to install and cost $135 total. They tried to take advantage. I would never recommend using this company.

General maintenance was done and filter replaced on my heating system. David Morgan was the technician. He was thorough and courteous. He not only informed me of what he did as well as what needed to be done.

David & Ramon came out to install our new AC unit & did a superb job. They were both very polite, professional & tidy with their work. Excellent customer service displayed in those two. Thanks guys!!!!

Matt demonstrated a high degree of technical competence as he performed the battery of maintenance checks to ensure quality performance of my furnace. My expectations were exceeded by his transparency in detailing the condition of the unit and in identifying ways to achieve optimum unit performance. Called Service Experts for maintenance check on our AC unit. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. Receptionists were polite and very helpful. Matt Taylor arrived on time and was super polite. My dog didn’t even bark at him. He showed us how he did his service with pictures. He clearly explained options of the member plan which is a good savings if you are looking to have annual AC and furnace check.

Matt Taylor was my technician on 10/27/25 and provided great service. He is very knowledgeable in HVAC processes and showcased a genuine work ethic.
