Landmark is a great family owned business. They have been in business for 50 years. I highly recommend them. They provide great service, they have knowledgeable service people and they use quality products. You can't go wrong with Landmark.

Landmark is an exceptional company. I will use them for the rest of my life. We knew our home needed a complete overhaul of our units and ducts. But when the heat went out in the house Feb 10th 2021, Lawrence and his team did everything they could to keep me and my family warm over the 10 days of Snowmaggedon 2021 while we waited on temporary replacement parts and the new unit to come in. Their customer service is VIP level and they treat you like family.

When we bought our house 8 years ago, our inspector recommended Landmark to service our HVAC due to the systems the previous owner had put in. We’re very happy with their service. Technician is always prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. We’ve never had to have any work done.

Garrett Faulkner of Landmark Heating & Air Conditioning completed fall maintenance and humidifier maintenance for me this morning. As always, he did a thorough job and communicated everything along the way. In his process, Garrett discovered that a blower motor was starting to wear out due to worn bearings. I was so impressed with how Garrett checked my options for making repairs, always looking out for what would be best for me. He's a great employee of a great company.

I have a maintenance plan and they check out all the HVAC systems twice a year. They are knowledgeable and very efficient in taking care that they are in complete working order. I appreciate their efficient service in repairing anything that is deteriorating so it avoids any down times for the units! I have been very pleased with their service!

I’ve been using Landmark for 20 years. They have been honest, knowledgeable and reliable. I love all the technicians and the folks in the office. We have a service agreement with them where they come out twice a year to change filters and clean/check the systems. In 20 years we’ve had to call them for a service call maybe two or three times. It pays to keep up your equipment

We signed a maintenance contract with Landmark when they installed our new HVAC system several years ago. They come out twice a year and do PM on the system. They check the coolant in the AC, and check lots of stuff on the attic unit. They also replace the MERV filter. For the last few visits out tech has been Garrett. He is polite, professional and efficient. We have been impressed with all the techs we have met with Landmark. Highly recommend them.

Our technician is Austin. Knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, efficient, exactly what I want as someone servicing my home mechanical systems.
His technical college and training was paid for by his employer, for which he is grateful. This speaks to the ownership of the company. Over the past six years, we have seen 3 different technicians, all polite and prompt. We have had some issues over this time but Landmark has been fair and open in resolving these issues. They do not offer the cheapest service but they are fair and reasonable.

This was my first time using Landmark Heating & Air Conditioning. I wanted my system checked and cleaned. Garrett came out and inspected the system in the attic and the condenser outside. He cleaned the outside unit taking the top off and cleaning it from the inside out. He then checked the system out in the attic and told me a couple of things that I probably should do, but by no means trying to push me to do anything. It was refreshing to have a knowledgeable professional person do such a wonderful job! I told him how much I appreciated him. I now have someone I feel like I can trust to take care of my HVAC System!
