I had Matt Taylor as the tech last week taking care of my spring checkup on the AC. I always get excellent care from Service Experts (20 plus years now).
This young man was courteous ,respectful and efficient. My family name was Taylor so I may claim kinship. I do depend on your company and the kind of people you send into my home

Dak Dixon serviced our Lennox system. He was on time, and I was notified by text that he was on his way. He was very polite and did everything we asked, including bringing a new filter for our unit. We appreciated Dak making this maintenance call easy. Thank you!

JW & David were the technicians who inspected my air condition and heating unit. They were very thorough and conscientious in their work. They are awesome, very polite, respectful, friendly and answered any questions. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from those technicians, Thanks J.W./David for a job well done.

DAK serviced the HVAC unit today for the biannual maintenance and did a great job. He was on time, professional, explained everything, serviced both the inside and the unit outside for the air conditioner, and completed the job with extra care. Definitely recommend, and thank you DAK!

Cody and Nick were really nice and informative. I liked the fact that they cared and did not want to leave me without heat. The part that I needed for my unit was over a hour away and they willingly offered to go ahead and get it to make sure my unit was installed the same day. I would recommend these two anytime to anyone.

Matt Taylor is one of the most personable and knowledgeable techs we've had at our Ambulance Service. He took us through every step of his process and solved our A/C issues and left us feeling confident, and most importantly, cooled off! Would hire MT again in a heartbeat thank you Service Experts.

Scheduled an appointment for 1pm and (Andrew) Cody and Nick were right on time. Service was super fast and informational and they were both very professional and kind. I am very pleased with their exceptional service! They will definitely be my go to from now on!

I am re-posting this review as multiple times they have said they would contact me and have not. I am out $600 due to a failed rebate submission that they failed to process.

All things considered I am pleased with the service I received from them. I had a difficult time getting some finishing touches squared away but once I called the office they were quick to fix and do what they could to make it right. I have joined their service program so we will see what the future holds. I am cautiously optimistic.

Updated 3/12/2025- I specifically chose this contractor because they were authorized by TVA for their rebate program. I had the system installed in November and am still waiting on my rebate. Twice I have been told that "it just take a while", today I spoke with the TVA and they have nothing on record for my address. There seems to be a disconnect and I will be more careful next time when choosing a contractor.

Update 3/19/2025 - Still waiting for a response from the management team......

Update 04/10/2025 - Still no response from this company and I will be reporting them to the TVA as fraudulently representing themselves as an authorized TVA contractor. Very disappointed.

Update 4/15/2025- Still no response after expecting a call on Monday. Unbelievable.

Excellent customer service by far! The service tech, Dak, was very knowledgeable and provided useful information about my units and things I needed to do to help aid in the longevity of my units. Thank you!

David Morgan installed my equipment and he was outstanding and answered my questions and he was very knowledgeable about the product I thank him so much and thank y’all for sending him to do the work

We weee very frustrated with the previous service we had been getting when speaking to Service Experts over the last week. However, the level of commitment, dedication, and follow up I received from Patty showed me that she understood what true customer service is. She was short handed and toggling several duties but promised to call me back with a status and hopefully a resolution which SHE DID. Not only did she help to resolve my issue, She sent the best technician she had JW who arrived within 30 minutes was polite and detailed. He resolved my issues and explained to me what happened for better understanding.

The two of them gave me comfort that there are people within Service Experts willing to go the extra mile to help customers.

Tim was very efficient and competent. He did a great job!! He came out the same day as requested for air as the temps were in the high 90's. I recommend Expert Service to anyone.
