John initially inspected and explained the work that was needed (accompanied by his photos) clearly, efficiently and without pressure. He promised that if we decided to proceed with repairs he would send an excellent team
and he delivered! Trevor, Brennan and Dee came to do the work. Timely, efficient, super nice guys and carefully cleaned up before they left. They actually seemed joyful! I don't know how they benefit from positive reviews but I do hope it makes a marked difference to them. I would want my company represented by these guys. Good work! And a sincere thank you.

Post work findings: they did not inform me of other problem because, as another technician explained, it wasn't something the company could fix. I think their business model is to sell services (expensive ones), not fix problems for homeowners

Wade Siler came out and looked at property for my buyer and we had a good experience with him. Wade knew he was talking about and gave the buyer some great information. He was pleasant to speak with.

This company is a groundworks associated company and who hasn't heard of Mike Rowe and groundworks? I will certainly have to say AFS Foundations & Wate-rfoofing deserve to be highly regarded as an associate of Groundworks

Nick Cianciolo with AFS in Nashville came to my home today for the annual inspection. I noticed some issues with my flooring and bought them to his attention. After his inspection, he made a detailed plan to resolve the issue and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what caused the issue, but more importantly how to correct the problem. Nick was meticulous and even found a slight plumbing leak during his inspection. He is a true professional and a great asset to AFS.

Nick Cianciolo, my Service Technician, did an excellent job. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He educated me on my issues, but did not pressure me to make a decision today. I would highly recommend him & AFS.

Just had my annual crawl space inspection by Ed Duffey. He was awesome! Checked everything thoroughly and explained what he did. Also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Alex Schreiner came to our home the day after I called and did a thorough inspection of our crawlspace. He was super easy to talk to, knowledgeable and made us comfortable with our nexts steps. Highly recommend!!

A couple years ago I had them put some beams to support my wall. The quote was inaccurate (meaning the cost of the job went up almost a thousand bucks after they had already started) and they didn't bring enough material, so the lead left to get more. He left a 17 year old new guy on the job, who proceeded to cut up the perimeter drain running the length of the wall. Now, today, my basement is flooding as water pours through the holes they created. The areas they didn't cut are completely dry but where they did it is a virtual river. There was no reason for them to even cut this to begin with. They told me it would be fine. It is not fine at all. Do not trust this clown circus.

My history with AFS spans several years and multiple technicians, supervisors, and managers. Throughout that time, we’ve worked through a long and challenging effort to stabilize an interior wall, with many visits and repair approaches along the way.

This most recent visit, however, was different. Nick D'Esposito, Adam McBay, and his crew — Josh, Bailey, and Wayne — were able to accurately diagnose the underlying issue, place the right support equipment in the correct locations, and spend the necessary time fine‑tuning the adjustments. Their work eliminated gaps in the moldings and significantly stiffened the floor near the problem wall.

These gentlemen are a true asset to AFS and to the customers they serve. AFS’ (Groundworks) Senior Leadership Team in Virginia could learn a great deal from them when it comes to communication, customer satisfaction, and follow‑through.

I look forward to seeing Adam, Josh, Bailey, and Wayne again soon for the final adjustments.

I work as a realtor and when my home inspection needs a second opinion for foundation/settling/microbial growth- Jordan is who I call! Always professional, friendly, honesty and quick to get to the property. He has saved many deals for me. Grateful for his expertise.

This company did a great job on my gutters. They were very professional, were fast and did great work. I would highly recommend them to anyone I knew.

Absolute rip off. Do not hire this company. They came out and look to see what the issue was with a leak, made a "repair" leak was not repaired when called back owner would not stand behind the fact that they had not corrected the issue and then wanted to complete 3 additional jobs, but he himself said he did not know what the issue was. If you are going to talk to the owner Wayne...brace yourself for the rudest and condescending person ever. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

They did what we agreed to. They did it in a timely manner. The folks that performed the work did a good job. There was a minor issue, they knew about it, they came and made it correct before I called them on it.
Bottom line is that I would use them again. I recommend that you use them as well.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First of all, nobody ever answers the dang phone! I should have listened to my gut and used a different company, but I had a roof leak and this is the place my home warranty company referred me to. I had to call the estimator's cell to get someone to schedule the repair. He said he would call me back to schedule... never called back. I called them 5 days later to find out if anyone would be coming. He said today or the next- he couldn't even give me a window- but that they would call when they were on the way. Surprise! NOBODY CALLED. But a guy did show up and said he worked for them even though he said he didn't really know what he was supposed to be doing and he had no identifying clothing, vehicle, papers- nothing. So I guess he did something on the roof and then left without telling me he was leaving. No, "Hey, I'm all done here." Well, my roof is still leaking as much as before and now I can't get anyone to answer the stupid phone at ABCO to even be able to tell them they're fired. NEVER AGAIN!

Customer service is on Point with Abco Roofing. I called 2 other Roofing companies that both said that they were going to come out to the house and never heard back from them. Jamie especially has been on point with following up and even had a roofer go out there within hours of my call. Going forward they are going to definitely the first and probably only roofing company that I will call!!! They are reliable, professional give great rates and are very friendl too!!
