Jack came out timely for a review of our Crawlspace and debriefed with us and answered any questions we had. We got on the schedule to replace our vapor barrier soon thereafter. Toy performed the work and was polite and efficient, showing us before abs after videos of the space.

Crawlspace Brothers did an amazing job encapsulating my crawlspace! The job took 3 days and the crew was very professional and friendly constantly updating me everyday via text which I like because I am pretty busy. Their price was also the best when compared with the other companies I had quote me for the job. Overall crawlspace brothers provided everything I wanted and was looking for. I highly recommend this company because their quality of work is amazing and the customer service is fantastic!

We needed some crawl space remediation and after calling around, Crawl Space Brothers were the most courteous, professional, and explained things really well. And, the cost was very reasonable. They were on time and explained the entire procedure during the initial inspection/estimate and again the day they came out to perform the procedure. We would definitely recommend them!

We're really please with our experience and the finished product. The salesperson, Jason was very professional and continued to respectfully follow up after we initially put the project off. We had a lot of moisture down there and were starting to notice some swelling in the hardwood floors at the end of last summer. We finally decided to move forward and are glad we did.

I had experienced an unfortunate event of damage due to my water heater and was very stressed out about the situation. Jason was very reassuring and informative about the process and what repairs would needed to be done. Toy and Paul kept me updated through the process--from their arrival, progress photos as well as when the task was complete. Patrick did the final inspection and included me in the process which was greatly appreciated. If you need any work done to your crawlspace, definitely give these folks a call! John Alexander was my service tech yesterday. He completed my annual inspection on the crawlspace work that was completed with AFS.
He was hands down 1 of the best service providers I’ve ever had to the pleasure of meeting. He understood my concerns, and instantly got to work doing everything he could to make it right! And he did!

Mr. Wade Siler arrived on time, actually came earlier from his previous appointment. Explained the materials and process. He answered all my questions and then asked me some that hadn't occurred to me. He was courteous in all aspects from start to finsh. Received a bid in 2 days with 30 days for decision making. Nick and Taylor did a great job repairing collapsed areas of my driveway and back Porch. They were both very professional and informative, answering any questions we had. I recommend AFS to anyone needing concrete lifting.

Jesse, Selvin, Smith, called me told me approximately time, also indicated heavy traffic. On arrival all hoped our of truck and Jessie have me sign. Opened craw space and started work on a very humid day. They were all curious and respectful and they got done with my house. Showed me pictures of the job and it looks great under house. When done under house came out and cleaned everything up. Jesse and crew were outstanding, will have no problem recommending them and there company. Thank you young men excellant job!

I contacted AFS to come out and inspect my foundation. Wade Siler showed up on time and and when I explained to him my concerns about my bouncing and creaking floors. He took the time to listen to my concerns and assured me once he was done with his inspection he would have a answer and a solution for any problems that he found. He found 2 major errors that my builder done while framing my subfloor. Wade was very professional and explained the whole process from start to finish. I will be forwarding all information that was given to me to my builder to see how he would like to proceed. Thanks again Wade, I will be reaching back to you once I hear back from my builder.

Very pleased with the work AFS employees did with our crawl space. The removal of the old encapsulation, getting rid of the mold and encapsulating again with a dehumidifier installed. Steven H and Tylor C were great to work with.
