Very honest and knowledgeable team. Aaron walked us through some potential structural settling issues we had concerns about on our home. He was extremely helpful, giving us peace of mind that our issue wasn’t as severe as we thought. He gave us steps to help us monitor any future progression of our concerned area. If our settling worsens, I can’t imagine a better team to help us combat the problem. We highly recommend USS.

Aaron from USS was very compassionate and helpful. My home needed lintel replacements. I was under a rock and a hard spot because there are really not many companies that do this work.

USS did excellent work in the repairs in coordination with Milliken.
The work was EXTREMELY expensive, but I had no choice as the repairs had to be done.

The office staff is very friendly and polite. My feedback would be there could be more communication as to when staff will appear at your house.

Clean up: lots of small mortar debris left on the ground and a broken solar path light. I understand that it’s difficult to get debris out of the dirt, however maybe a drop cloth could catch it all?

All in all, I am very satisfied and recommend USS highly. I would definitely use them again.

A couple of years ago, we used USS to install push piers in our basement. We have an older brick home that showed displacement in the exterior walls and this was the solution from USS. We had other foundation companies come out to give us quotes and they recommended other solutions. We then got a structural engineer to give us his opinion and he concurred with USS, so we had USS do the work and we are very happy with the results.

We now have a problem with water coming up through the concrete basement floor despite having a waterproofing system installed by another company eight years ago when our basement wall had water pouring out of it. Unfortunately, leaks through basement floors are not warrantied. We had that same company come out to give us their recommendation for resolving the floor water flooding issue. We also asked USS to come out for a second opinion and they concurred with the original company's recommendation. USS also recommended that we use the original company to do the work so that we don't void our original warranty. We greatly appreciate the professionalism and honesty of USS and highly recommend their services!

USS is a very professional and reliable company that does great work. Jason was our Project Manager and Evan was our concrete technician. Jason was very confident in his companies’ ability to lift our large concrete pad. Our appointment time was moved sooner than anticipated, Evan got right to work upon arrival and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the process to me and my husband along the way. Evan also provided some maintenance information to benefit us moving forward. He gave us his direct contact information should we have any trouble. We would definitely use USS again. We are in the process of closing on our home and needed to address a structural issue prior to finalizing the sale. USS was able to schedule the work earlier than expected, which we greatly appreciated. The crew—D’Angelo, Tim E., and Jacorean—handled the project with professionalism and care. Although the repairs turned out to be more extensive than originally anticipated and required an additional day, they ensured everything was completed thoroughly. They also took the time to assist with final clean-up details, which made a challenging situation much easier. We are truly grateful for their hard work!

I reached out to Eric Lloyd to schedule an inspection of our crawlspace/foundation. Had me on the schedule in two days.
Senior PM, Chad Kues, came out and did a full inspection of our entire house. Chad is Awesome. He was thorough in his inspections, took the time and asked questions, and gave a detailed explanation on everything he noticed. He never rushed through even though he didn’t find any foundation concerns. He actually discovered a clogged dryer vent and even took pictures for me.
If you got foundation issues call Eric and Chad. They don’t sell you, they value their customers and treat you like family!

Very professional organization, from the estimater, to scheduling, the foreman, the job site leader, and his crew. The communication through the total project was excellent. I received ETA, both days and a thumb nail review of the first days work. The dog was extensive, but after the clean up it’s as though it didn’t happen. The work and finished job looks great! The warranty stays with the house and I was told if there is ever an issue just contact USS and they will make it right. My crew was Ben Chester, Dalton Cole, Robert Ball, all great guys!

This is my second home that I’ve used USS. They did a great job repairing the cracked cement around our pool so when we moved and found we had a sinking floor, I didn’t hesitate to call USS again. Troy was great explaining the problem and needs and installed a support beam. Almost 3 years later I wanted to check to see that all was still well while still under warranty. Demarcus Finney checked it all out and reassured me that all was still tightly supporting the house properly. These men have all been very professional and thorough in their work. They keep you informed throughout the whole process. I have and will continue to highly recommend USS. They have all been great.

Evan Dennison from USS did such an amazing job fixing my driveway today! We had some sinking spots and I really thought I was going to have to get a new driveway. It wasn’t until Evan USS came out and inspected the driveway and assured me he can fix it. He was professional, punctual and took the time to explain exactly the work he was going to perform. Evan took exceptional care to clean up the work area and made sure the work was to my satisfaction. Evan and USS well exceeded my expectations. I received three different quotes and USS was the most honest and experienced. I felt very confident with them fixing my foundation. The work was completed in a day and they were professional and thorough.

Every step of the process from Jason coming to my home and providing and estimate and understanding the work to be done, to Evan performing the work and explaining everything as he went, to Maddie being so pleasant in coordinating the scheduling and keeping me informed. A great team effort. We couldn't be happier that we used USS on our driveway needs.

USS was top notch from the beginning. Wiley came out and performed the initial inspection. Explained the quotes well and answered the questions I had. Day 1 Doug D. and Bryden D. came out to do the mold remediation along with another crew that were there to do the piering of our foundation and patched some holes in the foundation. That was all done in one day. The next day another crew, Carlton H., Camron W., Dijion S., and Chris B., to start the encapsulation.
They trenched around the foundation in the crawlspace, prepared the ground for the encapsulation material, installed the sump pump, drainage pipe, and dehumidifier, installed a new crawlspace door.
The last task was to add power for the sump pump and dehumidifier.
In all it took about 4 1/2 days for this to be completed. I am very pleased with the work and professionalism these men performed.

USS was very easy to work with. Bradley, the rep/salesman provided options with three different estimates. The work was done very effective and efficiently. Maurquel, the foreman, was awesome. Very professional and he walked me through everything. His customer service was top notch. I would definitely recommend USS.

We used crawl space brothers for our home after having a terrible experience with Frontier. Our project was pretty complicated and required a lot of work. We were quoted 3x the price we paid with Crawl space brothers for work we didn’t actually need to have done. Several of the large name competitors came in and used fear tactics to try and sell us on expensive solutions that weren’t necessary Crawl Space brothers were honest, and did not try to take advantage of us. Kevin specifically came out to our property to review the work done by his team and to make sure it was performing and that we were happy. I cannot begin to explain how thankful we are that we used them, and that our home is repaired. Thank you Kevin for seeing this project all the way through and taking good care of us!
