At first contact, it seemed like the cooperation with the company was going to be good. I made an appointment with them to come look at our project for Friday, June 17th at 10 a.m. The service person showed up an hour early and I was not available. I agreed with the service person to come back on the following Monday, but he never showed up. I called the woman at their office to resolve the situation. She said she would call me right back. She never did. When I tried to call her back, she would not answer her phone... I have not heard back from the company ever since! Very unreliable.

I reached out about our backyard remodel. I called to get someone to come out for a quote and they came out right away on Jul 18. They told me it would take a week to get the quote and i am still waiting. I called the office 1.5 weeks later and ask the status. They told me they would get back to me right away. A week after that i emailed the person i received thr calander invite from for the quote to ask about the status with no reaponse. A week later i emailed and called again... no response. 6 weeks later we still have not heard anything.

Nashville outdoor living space are able to do anything that you can dream up. I wanted a pool, outdoor kitchen, and screened in porch. They did an amazing job! I am so happy with how everything turned out. They had a great team and worked hard to get it done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them for any hardscaping project you might have.

We called the team at Nashville Outdoor Living Spaces and John and his architect came out to our home and provided us with a design and excellent quote in less than a week. Literally a day after we agreed to move forward (on a Friday!), the crew was at our house bright and early that morning to start the job.

We had several initiatives completed, including the install of 600+ linear feet of vinyl fencing with multiple gates, multiple large scale retaining walls, land grading, making our patio stairs safe and up to code, and repairing some brick work on the outside of our home. The most exciting initiative, was the installation of our new backyard hang out spot: a huge, beautiful pavilion, fully equipped with outdoor kitchen and bar area! I don't know how they did it with such quality and care, but the team had everything completed within a two week time frame.
