USS did a great job on our project! They were on time and very friendly. They kept us updated the whole way through and provided pictures of the finished project (under the house). Communication was easy, and they were super thorough with every detail. We really appreciated how smooth the process was from start to finish. Definitely recommend them!

I was very pleased with work done by Doug’s team treating the mold and fungus. Also with the team that Dustin and his team done installing the material that covers the ground floor and the lining of the walls, covering all the vents , installing the dehumidifier and the basin and sump pump. Work looks good. We are pleased with the kindness and niceness they showed us. Also the electrician that hooked all of it up. Hope we have good experience with all of this for many years.

We had USS Encapsulate our home in 2022 and we recently come across some issues. USS sent Demarcus Finney. Demarcus was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful in addressing the problems in the crawlspace. Though he wasn’t able to complete everything he ensured that USS would be sending a follow-up crew to take care of the other issue needing to be fixed. Thank you Demarcu

I ended up getting three quotes from similar companies here in Middle Tennessee. All of which were roughly the same price, but USS was quite cheaper and offered better quality materials. The finished product was top notch to the point I don’t mind going down there any longer. Also, it fixed the issues with moisture after this week’s rain. No more weeping HVAC ducting due to humidity and super clean. Wood moisture levels have dropped way down after about 2.5 weeks. Anyway, the guys above busted their butt and did an amazing job. So, thank you for the great work and transformation.

I hired USS to do concrete leveling and void filling after interviewing the three major companies in the Nashville marketplace. There was no doubt USS were the leaders and how they present themselves in the integrity of the company. They sent Evan Dennison out to do the job and I found him to be one of the most informative, kind, and thorough workers. You could have. He was an absolute professional and even was kind as I watched and asked a ton of questions. I almost never recommend anyone and I highly recommend Evan in USS!

Our whole experience with USS was positive. We obtained 3 estimates for our foundation issue from different companies. We felt Brian with USS gave a very fair estimate and we felt his plan was the best suggested plan to fix our issue. My husband and I were very impressed with the crew that came to do the work. Dennis and his crew that included Robert and some other hard workers were extremely knowledgeable and thorough in fixing a foundation wall on the front of our house and adding underground drainage off of the house. When we were going against some inclement weather headed into the area, Dennis and Robert even showed up on a Saturday morning to make sure everything was done before the rain came. We couldn't have asked for a better crew and felt they went the extra mile with the job. We highly recommend USS.

From the very beginning our Project Manager Ryan Gregory listened to our concerns and put together a plan and estimate that was provided the same day. I will say the crew that showed up had a mission on their mind and in less than 3 days completed the work ahead of schedule. Great job Ben Chester, Dalton Cole and Adam Adcock! These guys were very informative, easy to speak with and left their worksite orderly and clean. With the final product I was very pleased, the concrete matched as close as possible and the pride in the work performed in my opinion was top notch!

United Structural Systems did an exceptional job strengthening our floors and foundation. The difference is remarkable - our floors now feel completely solid when you walk on them.

From start to finish, the entire team was extremely polite, friendly, and responsive. Johnathan, the foreman, was particularly wonderful to work with and kept us informed throughout the process. He and his crew of about 4 workers were professional, hardworking, and treated my wife, mother-in-law, and myself with the utmost respect.

What really impressed us was their efficiency and expertise. They estimated the work would take 5 days but completed everything in just 2 days! It's clear they know exactly what they're doing and work with incredible efficiency.

Got quoted from 3 different foundation repair companies and USS proved leaps and bounds more experienced and knowledgeable than the others. Chris came out and assessed the issues with our foundation, verified that all masonry and landscaping work would be returned to its previous condition as best as possible, and answered follow up questions after having more time to discuss with my husband. The team that came to do the work (Zach, Lee, and Chance) were friendly, thorough, and they put everything back as it was before! We were amazed. The job is messy and our home is white painted brick, but trust the process and these guys come through. We did email them after completion of the job to let them know of some more cracks that showed in the masonry when the temperature dropped and the foreman (Zach) came right back after I blue taped them, fixed them right up and now that I’ve painted back over them. What a relief, it’s like we never had damage! 10/10 on service and we feel at peace knowing our home is so supported.

We greatly appreciated that Evan Dennison was on time, professional and efficient. He understood our needs and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Personally, Evan is friendly, courteous and a really good representative for USS.

I had a low “sinking” floor in one of our bedroom and I explained what happened and what I observed. They did a free estimate and he was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Then when they did they work it was only 2 guys and they did such an amazing job and it took about 2 hours start to finish from when they got here and left. They also cleaned up after themselves and showed me the work and we checked the floor and it did raise. Now it is still doing good after a few weeks and I couldn’t be happier and relieved. They did a great job. If anyone has an issue like I did this is the company I’m referring to anybody. Did great work and handled the situation with respect, professionalism and care.

USS installed a water mitigation system for us last year. Great group to work with! Just had them out for a general service call and the experience was just as good as the installation. Demarcus handed everything with a smile!

Great experience. Evan with USS showed up early and did meticulous work on our front walk way and step. When he was all finished up my expectations were blown out of the water. Not to mention you could barely tell Evan was here with how well he cleaned up afterwards.
