Crawlspace Brothers did a great job clearing out the crawlspace of one of our triplex rentals, and completely resealing it. It was a big mess before, as animals/bugs had gotten in through a damaged crawlspace door. They communicated well and got us on the schedule fast. We would work with them again! Thank you.

Crawl Space Brothers did a fabulous job renovating our crawl space. Jacob (co-owner) completed our estimate and thoroughly covered the process it would take to remove the humidity and mold from our crawl space. Jacob and crew sprayed/scrubbed the beams, sealed vents and installed a new vapor barrier, being sure to clean up everything along the way. On the day of service the crew was professional and completed the job with quality service. Our crawl space looks brand new and our mold and humidity issues are resolved. Did not seal my crawl space door correctly I have call several times finally someone comes out but did not fix my door. Also paid over $8,000 for the encapsulation not satisfied with the work dehumidifier always have something wrong with it.

I contacted Crawlspace Brothers to do a basic cleanup and inspection of my crawlspace due it being flagged by a home inspector related to a home sale. They scheduled the service within a week, got the work done that was in the inspection report, and provided a report of the work and findings so that the buyer was comfortable moving forward with the transaction. I could not be happier with their service and will use them again if I have any issues at my new house.

Toy did an amazing job finishing our crawl space in a single day, and Houston did a top job in setting up the wiring for the dehumidifier. We went from having our home smell musty, even on dry days, to de-humidified and pleasant smelling. Even after days of rain came through with Hurricane Helene, with 97% humidity today, our doors are not sticking, and everything smells normal. Two weeks out, we are so glad that we invested in getting our crawl space encapsulated. If you are on the fence about doing it, do not hesitate!

Crawl Space Brothers replaced the vapor barrier beneath my house recently. I appreciate that they didn’t try to “upsell” me on more expensive solutions or unnecessary equipment (I.e. sump pump) like other companies did. They were fair and honest. The work was done by a crew of friendly, efficient and professional people. All trash and debris removed. They also put insulation back where it had come down in a couple places. Very pleased with the results. Thumbs up!
