I had crawlspace Brothers come out and do the encapsulation on my entire home minus my new addition and I will definitely be having them come back out and do the new addition. Wonderful people to deal with Jacob was very thorough and from a customer standpoint it’s very nice to have someone to talk to. That is his educated and well-versed as Jacob. Thanks again.

I had high hopes about this company after the initial inspection. The gentleman who did the estimate was open and honest with me and encouraged me to research the company and licenses. However when it can the day to begin install no one arrived after calling to see what was going on I was told they were finishing a prior job and would begin mine that afternoon. Well fast forward 2 days and they finally arrived and worked about 6 hours before leaving for the day. The following day they work a full day and then Friday morning no one arrives. I called and spoke with Stephen the project manager who assured me they were arriving shortly and would have my project done except for the dehumidifier that day. This was the second lie from him. They worked approximately 2 hours on Friday and left about 3 saying they would finish up Monday. Monday morning no one arrives. When I call the office I am told it would be Wednesday before someone could get back out as they had other jobs scheduled. So then after the job is finished and an invoice has been sent I get an email that is supposed to contain pictures of all work. The support jack was not shown in any pictures. I questioned why and did not receive an answer. Then I found the pieces of the support jack laying outside my crawlspace entrance. It had never been installed. It then took multiple calls before getting Stephen out to see about it. Supposedly he is on his way this morning minutes after I called the office to complain once again.

I needed a crawl Space renovation and had three companies inspect and quote. Crawl Space Bros was competitive in price but were the only ones that besides spraying to remove the mold, actual scrubbed it off. They removed the insulation, and old vapor barrier, sealed the vents, added additional support piers, added new vapor barrier to the walls and floor, and installed a high performance dehumidifier. A complete job done in a professional manner. Glad I chose this company. Thank You Toy.

The brothers are REALLY brothers! I chose this company because I love supporting local, small businesses. The customer service was so great - clear, fast communication and quick action. FIRST RESPONDER FRIENDLY! We dealt with Jack at Crawl Space Brothers and he was very friendly and extremely informative. We were in the market for a full encapsulation, but he still quoted us on their other products in case a full wasn't in our budget. Jack also gave us his number so we could stay in contact with questions. The whole process took two days then a final inspection at a later date. I personally went in my crawlspace with Patrick and I was impressed with the transformation and how comfortable and clean it was. I highly recommend Crawl Space Brothers!

Crawl Space Brothers were easy to work with. Thomas did an excellent job preparing the quote after inspecting crawlspace for installation of dehumidifier. Installation lead and crew did an excellent job installing dehumidifier and sealing ventilation vents. Would highly recommend these folks.

This company recently renovated my crawlspace and was remarkably professional and responsive. Not only did they complete the job with great attention to detail, but they also handled the cleanup thoroughly. Their pricing was also very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of similar work.

I have to agree with all the other one star reviews. They did my crawl space right before I bought the house and I had to split the payment as part of the deal. It's in a wet area. They cleaned mold and put plastic down. Here we are a few years later and I notice my floors are getting soft spots so I go under the house to find a nightmare of rot and pools of water on top of the plastic. Investigating further I notice the plastic isn't even screwed to the block in a lot areas. I just busted my rear sucking all the water up and it decides to rain. I look under to find loads of water on the plastic again! Like 100 gallons a lot and when you push the plastic it's like a waterbed with the amount of water under it. Maybe the seller told them to do the bare minimum so my review is completely objective of the work they actually did and it is shotty at best especially for $7000. It's crazy that I'm just a nobody homeowner and can figure out that this is ridiculous. I could have done better for $1000. Seems like the days of trusting a company to just do good work for an honest buck are over.

We discovered an emerging mold situation the in the crawl space under our home the same week I was going out of town for several months for work.
So, my wife and young children were home and I was one state over and unable to attend to the problem.

I contacted Crawlspace Brothers and 3 other companies about getting a preliminary inspection, remediation costs, and a timeline for how quickly the work could be started and completed.

Crawlspace Brothers were the easiest to communicate with, offered the best price, and were able to begin work 2 weeks earlier than anyone else I contacted.

They cleaned everything up after finishing the work over a few days and left my house better than they found it.

It’s a family business and that definitely came through in my experience as a customer. The grandmother of the fellas that own the business even called me a month later to follow up and make sure my wife and I were satisfied.

His team removed old insulation, cleaned wooden beams, encapsulated the entire crawl space, sealed all exterior vents and installed a large dehumidifier for future protection! The experience with Crawlspace Brothers was excellent from day one. Jason, the tech that came out for the initial inspection was very informative and explained everything. Toy the installer and his son did a wonderful job. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work.

Crawl Space Brothers did an excellent job with our crawl space clean out and encapsulation! Our job was more difficult than originally expected b/c of how old our house is (nothing is ever simple in a “charming old house”!). There were tons of old lead pipes and rock and other debris that was “hidden” under tarps but the guys didn’t complain (or up-charge me!) - they just hauled it all out (despite how incredibly heavy it all was!). Also, our crawl space access is very tiny and on the day that the dehumidifier was supposed to go in, it was discovered that it wouldn’t fit through the opening. Instead of just taking the easy way out (for them) and charging me more for 2 smaller units that would fit, the project manager called me to discuss and offered that they could remove the access window completely (not an easy feat with it being built/cemented into the old stone house at floor level!), get the humidifier in, and then totally re-cement and re-install the window! This was probably a lot of extra trouble for them, but they did it - again, with no complaints or up-charges!
Also, every person I was in contact with during the process - sales person, project manager, guys doing the work, dumpster pick-up guy - was 100% helpful and communicative and kind!
I would HIGHLY recommend Crawl Space Brothers to anyone!

My client used Crawlspace brothers for cleaning a very very low crawlspace (12-18”) and the company did a great job removing dirty insulation under the whole house, installing vapor barrier and treating growth on the wood. Professional, on time, did a great job. Will use them again
