AFS just finished with our crawlspace drainage project and it only took two days. From the salesperson (Nathan Crawley) to the guys who actually did the work - Ben, Israel and Angel, all were professional and friendly. Their workmanship is outstanding. We are very happy for choosing AFS.

We had a wet and smelly crawl space and a friend recommended AFS. We called and were able to get an appointment quickly. After inspection the representative Brandon explained what needed to be done and was very thorough and informative. A few days later Evan Jensen, Aldo Garcia and Jorge Martinez began the repair. This team is amazing. They are efficient and professional. What a fantastic job! The crawl space is clean, dry and we are so pleased with the results!

Wade Siler was amazing! Some of the best customer service Iv ever received from a salesman. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He walked me through the whole process and let me ask all the questions and never once tried to sell me something I didn’t need. I will be using them in the near future and will be a life long customer. If you need AFS ask for Wade you will not be disappointed!

Our experience with AFS could not have gone any better!! From our call to have someone come out, til the moment their truck left the driveway was 100% the best customer service we've ever had! No lie! Everything was talked about in detail with no hidden surprises afterwards. It wasn't like they were trying to sell us something It was actual care and concern for us and our home. Thank you Jake😊 The poor crew who spent 2 days in that small crawl space in God knows what.. I'm sorry! Getting the 3 of them was a blessing! It was like having family here doing the work. So down to earth and easy to talk to. They left no mess behind and knew exactly what they were doing. I don't know if it's possible but if so ask for the Don, Nick and Alex crew. You won't regret it! They offered thoughtful, effective strategies to address my water intrusion issue—along with money-saving suggestions that ultimately led to a more comprehensive solution and cost-effective outcome than any other company proposed.

The installation crew was exceptional. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, took care to understand my preferences, kept the work area clean, and treated my home and family with complete respect.

I haven’t used this company personally but I can say how you treat potential customers as you’re driving a giant billboard of a box truck says a lot. And one of their drivers rode the back of my car like a magnet in the rain when there was plenty of room to go around. Company vehicles are advertisements. And I’m very deterred by rude employees.
