Best thing I can say about this company is they at least rent hilti and doka. Also all the hard working tradesmen are whole hearted honest people. But..they deserve much higher wages than they receive. $22/hr for carpenters and iron workers is a disgrace. Also the medical plans were laughable. But I get it you gotta win the bid somehow. TN as a whole is only fit for immigrants trying to prosper from their 3rd world country. They rob the American by working for less. Not so much a terrible company the owner is actually a cool dude. Just a shame the industry is this way.

We bought 2 boxes of H and C garage floor apoxy . Was advised by member at Sherman Williams. To use H and C garage paint as a first step to eventually use H and C garage apoloxy . We prepped floor as per instructions . We applied apoxy and let dry for 120 hrs . 48 hrs more than recommended. We contacted representative named Daniel. We were asked questions about application of apoxy . We sent pictures as asked to . Then he never responded again for 2 weeks . We bought this products because we were told that on the box it said no peeling , no hot tire lift and would be water proof . And most important that it was guaranteed. We have been customers at Sherman Williams since 2000 . We as loyal customers feel like we are deeply disappointed in the response we got . Company can look up her account Corinne Stout and see what products and how much we have spent there in 25 yrs .

Today Mar 5, a truck with the plate 68643 was driving on the wrong side of the road, almost hit a PT Cruiser about 20 minutes ago. Your driver is aggressive

Had one of their trucks tailgating me on I-65 yesterday. They kept flashing their lights and were driving incredibly aggressively. I’d avoid this outfit.

USS came out yesterday to fix a foundation issue in my crawl space. Artie and Luke made sure I knew what they were doing throughout the day. Artie showed me pre and post pictures at the end of the first day and said they would finish today. The final pictures were great. I’m very pleased with their work and would recommend them for any foundation issues.

So unfortunately I had foundation issues with my home and was thrown into a massive home repair. I had met with a total of 4 companies for quotes. USS was the 4th company I met with after some friends referred me after their home builder had nothing but good things to say about USS. I initially met with Chris Crockett and was able to tell right away he knew what he was talking about. He was direct and to the point and gave me a quote that offered WAY MORE for less. So I hired them. After scheduling the start of the repair, LaQuon and his team Asante, Rob, and Joe arrived at my home. LaQuon immediately gave me the plan of attack he had and got right to it! Needless to say I am VERY IMPRESSED with the work ethic, skill and transparency the entire way. I learned a lot and LaQuon and his team were great at answering my every question and letting me hang out with them and see how they get things done! He kept contact with me and updated me with pictures, calls and texts. I most definitely recommend USS and so do my friends and their builder. LaQuon and his entire team went above and beyond in my opinion and most definitely deserve recognition and my deepest appreciation! Thank you guys! I was incredibly stressed when this happened but feel great about everything. Thank you guys very much!

I thought Devin and his crew did a fantastic job in planning, checking and verifying the very much needed beams and large jacks to support our first floor where we have extra weight from tons of books, etc. They were thorough, very knowledgeable and nice to us. In addition, Wyatt, a company manager, made a special trip to our home, and he personally inspected the completed work, took pictures for us and gave us his Inspection Results. We are very impressed with USS! They are a Great company with very hard working employees.

Chip was awesome and worked with us to get a plan in place to fix our foundation problems. Alan was great with assisting in coming up with a plan to support the fireplace. Wyatt and Adam and their crews were incredible! Everyone was on time and did a great job! Dependable and did exactly what was discussed and expected. Could not have asked for a better experience! I have had several projects completed by USS and each time work has been done with professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff, throughout the organization. Scheduling was easy and they kept me informed. Glen has helped me each time and he is very experienced in this work. Different persons have completed projects and this time was Evan who is very friendly and courteous. He answered questions and did not mind me observing, out of curiosity. I could tell he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in poly lift. There is a technique and he understands the right way to lift and balance the weights and footprint of concrete sections. I was pleased that Maddie, from the office, came out to not only observe but help so that she could learn the process to better serve customers from the office and support field staff. I’m in the construction industry and am a big fan of office staff and field staff learning from each other which improves service. Overall, very satisfied as I have been each time (also described in previous reviews) and will definitely use this team for any future needs. No offense, but I hope I don’t need work again too soon as this type of work is quite costly but necessary to fix the types of issues that are their specialty to solve.

Matt W and Sammy C were absolutely great. I had a foundation problem repaired and also quite a bit of mold remediation taken care of underneath my home. These gentlemen were extremely respectful and explained every step that they would be taking. Additionally, they took photos and showed me after the foundation work was done, and then more photos after they completed the mold remediation. They were happy to answer all of my questions. I could not have been happier with the work done and I highly recommend this company!

Great experience with USS! They got our repair scheduled quickly and kept us updated throughout the process. Matt Watts and Sammy C were professional, polite and communicated with me every step of the repair. My bathroom is now solid and stable again. Great work!
