Had a roof patch and several pipe boots replaced. The rep, staff, and workers were very professional. Unfortunately, the replacement shingles were chosen without us seeing the match. To their credit, the company did eventually replace the shingles with a closer match; however, the process went on for several weeks, and the company encouraged me to stay with the mismatched color insisting that it would darken over time. It wasn’t a close match. Again, the company did rectify the issue and the aesthetics are improved. I recommend asking to see the replacement shingles on the roof before approving the work. Otherwise, the experience was very professional.

The roofer that came to do my repair was excellent. He explained what he was doing, gave me a time estimate to complete, cleaned up after complete, and gave me a final update on the work. Very professional and I would recommend you keep this guy employed!

Family was needing a new roof and wife decided to go with Don Kennedy Roofing. Appointment was easy to make and they came on time. Ryan helped us out and was able to help us from beginning to end. We didn't have the whole amount and we explained that as well. Ryan went out of his way to find a finance company to meet our needs. It took a lot of stress off of us knowing we had to have a new roof because of the age and insurance purposes. We had them come out to inspect our roof as part of their recommended roof maintenance plan. Drew Gilbert came out, performed a visual inspection that day as conditions were too dangerous to walk the roof and determined our thirteen year old roof appeared to be in good shape. However, not long after that, we began experiencing numerous nail pops as conditions began heating up for our extreme, at times, summer season. After contacting Drew, he felt it necessary to come back out to walk the roof to see what might be going on and make sure it was not anything beyond the norm. So glad he did! A more thorough inspection revealed evidence of a more chronic condition with our roof indicating it had indeed been compromised to the point that it had already begun deteriorating in its ability to protect our home from future wind events and/or eventual water intrusion. The recommendation, therefore, was to take proactive measures, file an insurance claim and get the roof replaced ASAP which we are currently undergoing. This is a perfect example of why we chose Don Kennedy Roofing years ago to handle our roofing needs. Shane Taylor from Don Kennedy Roofing Co. just did a beyond thorough inspection of our home because of a leaking issue. He literally was here 4.5 hours, has made pictures in the attic, and specific drone pictures of every inch! A true education, we have learned more than we ever knew about roofs and repairing them with his expertise and knowledge, carefully explaining details, etc. This company also replaced gutters at our daughter’s home a bit ago and she was totally impressed with the entire team!
