I called SERVEPRO & spoke to Rachel Hutton. I was inquiring about getting mold cleaned off of couches following a water leak. Rachel kindly explained that due to the nature of mold, cleaning the couches would not ensure that the problem was resolved. My insurance was requesting some sort of statement to explain this in order to cover replacement of our coaches. Even though we were not able to utilize any services from the company, Rachel, with the help of Cody Garrett, went above and beyond to supply me with this statement. The customer service was

Zack and dalton came to the property at Standard Assembly i am the maintenance supervisor and they really rock. Always on time and very communicative. They are both very knowledgeable as-well if anything happens in the near future i would want them to respond to my call.

Used them for mitigation from a water leak. Great service. I contacted them mid-morning and they were at my house within a couple of hours. Austin, Brantley, Mike and John did a great job, very professional and courteous.

Our water heater burst and flooded our house. The week before Christmas. Servpro sent their guys out right away and they dried everything out and cleaned up the mess quickly in the next few days. Their staff is professional, efficient and on time with needed follow up. They took the stress off of us and just did what they do best. Cannot say enough good things about them!!

I had a leak in my master bathroom shower and contacted Rob at Servpro. They were quick to respond and had a great team to assist on drying out everything. They provided a great solution on drying of the subflooring and crawlspace area even while it was cold weather outside. Everything was taken care of and they were very nice during the entire process. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

We had our washing machine overflow in the middle of the night and reached out to Servpro of North Nashville. Someone got back to us within minutes despite it being 2:30am. They were incredibly helpful and had a crew out early the next morning. They came back daily for 7 days and every Servpro employee that came out to our home was polite, helpful, professional and thorough. I certainly hope to never have an issue like water damage again but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them back. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. We had our flooding issue the week of Thanksgiving but they went above and beyond to make the situation as easy as possible on us and accommodate our hectic holiday schedule. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

We had a mold issue in a shower. Zack and his team came out and handled it quickly. He was actually on time (early even) but waited in his car until it was go time. I’d use them again!

Overall, my experience with (Rob Dixon's) Servpro of Belle Meade was excellent! From the receptionists to the project manager, all were courteous, friendly, and professional. Mike, the Project Manager, came to inspect our water damage. He arrived within 5 minutes of my scheduled time. Together, we came up with a plan to solve the water damage issues caused by my HVAC unit leaking. He and I had a few casual conversations as well. He sent me an estimate later that same day.

A few days later, another Mike (they have three) came to recheck the water damage for mold. He was also professional and helpful. Since we had caught the issue quickly, there was not much surface area that was still damp. So, he set up the equipment to dry it out a few days. Then, he would return to recheck the situation. Hopefully, this would prevent having to cut into my ceiling. He asked what time I'd like him to return. After giving a time, he said someone would reach out to me to confirm the appointment time.

Unfortunately, no one did. So, the morning of the follow up visit, I called them. I spoke with Amy. She apologized for no one confirming the time. She was glad I reached out to them. She confirmed that the arranged time would work.

Mike came again, arrived on time, and rechecked the damage. Thankfully, the damp area was now dry. So, no cutting was necessary. Yeah!

The cost of the project was affordable and a good value. Having professionals inspect the area really eased my mind since my kids have allergies and mold would potentially cause health issues.

I was very pleased with Rob Dixon and his Servpro team! I was confident in their expertise and their ability to solve the issues affordably. I would be happy to use them again should the need arise. I definitely would recommend them to friends and family.

Zack and Cameron with ServPro were very helpful, on time and explained the steps they were taking to help with water remediation in my townhome after my water heater had been leaking for several days. Would definitely use them and their company again if ever the situation arises

We had a weather disaster to our home in December 2023 that involved wind, fire, and water making our home uninhabitable. We were recommended Servpro by a friend. We needed immediate assistance to prevent and secure our home from further damage and also to mitigate and prep for reconstruction. Servpro was immediately responsive, sending us their Storm Recovery Leader, Ed Pizarro for assessment. I can’t say enough about Ed and his Emergent Response, Mitigation, and Pack Out teams. They were responsive, efficient, and sensitive to our needs. Ed went over and above working with us, making himself available 24/7 to dry out and secure our home. Work was high quality with knowledgeable staff and quality products utilized in less than ideal weather conditions. Margaret was leader of the pack out team which cleaned and wrapped our personal property for protection and did an excellent job! I recommend Servpro and their staff as a trusted and qualified company for Restoration and Recovery.

Will and Eric were amazing!! Prompt, professional and delightful to work with. They came in, did a great job and left the area clean. Thankful for trustworthy folk. I will call them again.

I had my floor drains overflowing which caused a huge flood on my floor and carpet. Zack, Cam, and Brantley were the technicians that responded, and they were phenomenal! They explained everything that they were doing, making sure I was taken care of and they were really fast to get everything cleaned up too! Totally recommend!!

Ryan was easy to work with and made sure we understood every step of the process. He also helped us plan effectively for the special situation we were going through with also coordinating a long distance move. The work was.also equally done well - nonstop install to meet the deadline on time. The home looks better than before. Thank you.

Zack and Cam were terrific. They looked over the entire floor. Since it had been a month since I had the water overflow it had dried enough they did not see any reason to tear up my home. I was indeed grateful. They are great young men and you need to keep then. I paid for the proposal but now the office needs to refund my money minus am inspection fee since no repair work was done.. Thank you for great service.

I’ve had a remarkably easy, professional experience with every aspect of my Servpro restoration contract.

Was quoted over $12,000 and when other restoration companies came they only quoted me an average of $700. Obviously they are trying to make commission but I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. Would not recommend.

Brantley was incredible !!! Professional, detailed, knowledgable, his level of expertise is above anything that I’ve ever experienced. He discovered major issues in our home that we were not aware of, he thoroughly checked everything in our home. . He was so persistent in getting to the source of the problem, his honesty and integrity made the whole experience so much better. I highly recommend Brantley !! He’s the very best !!!
