Jeff from Aquamax is awesome. I had discovered a leak in a section line and was more than I wanted to tackle. He quickly found the broken pvc, made all the appropriate measurements, and perfectly reinstalled the section line which led to that section having full pressure and more importantly, full coverage for brand new Miller St. Augustine grass! He also changed out a couple of older nozzles and the system is firing on all cylinders & the new grass is getting all the water she needs!

I called and requested a spring tune up on my sprinkler system. I bought the house in Aug 2018 and decided to have the system checked out for the coming year. The service individual was Tony and he came out on Feb 19. I informed him to check the system out and fix what ever it needed to be efficient and working well. He did some work and fixed a cycle that was not working. He informed that everything was ok now, but the system was old and started to kinda pressure the issue of replacing the system. I assumed everything had been fixed as best as possible for the age of the system, but was unable to use it till the middle of March due to temperature and rain. When I turned the system I encountered several heads that were operating very well low output and/or not operating properly. I called and I requested another technician when arrived he found a total of seven heads that needed replacing and a some that needed adjustment. I feel the initial service tech was more interested in trying to get to purchase a new system rather than checking and fixing my current system. I am retired and on a fixed income and was just trying to fix my current system since I just bought the house. They did repair the items that needed fixed but should have been done on the requested tune up service and charged me labor on the second call. I feel the money I was charged for the tune-up was a waste and was charged labor again. The second technician was very good and knowledgeable and handle the problem quickly but am not sure right if I will utilize the company again. I called to for the tune because I a leak in the system earlier this year and they were quick fair and fixed the problem quickly, but am having second thoughts now.

Chris did an excellent job of repairing a broken solenoid and locating the other valve for future reference. He arrived on time, and was quick, efficient, and pleasant. The job cost exactly the amount that was quoted to me when I made the appointment, and I will recommend Aquamax to my neighbors.

My service tech was very knowledgeable and respectful. Showed me how to do some settings on the system and it didn't take him anytime at all to fix our issues. I'd highly recommend Aquamax to all my friends and family! Thanks for a great experience!

I have used a couple of different sprinkler companies over the past few years and the experiences were ok. I was expecting about the same from Aquamax. That opinion changed quickly starting with a call from James to confirm the appointment and then offered to come early if I had availability. He arrived on schedule and extended me a warm welcome when he arrived. He walked me through the tune up process and took the time to explain things in terms I could understand. He also offered valuable insights based on his past experiences. In the end James did a great job. He was thorough, efficient, and very informative. I highly recommend this company as well as James for future sprinkler system needs.

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with our technician Antonio’s service. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was also very transparent with pricing for services which is rare. He took the time to find out exactly what was going on with our system. He found things that none of the other companies who evaluated our system before him found (literally, he found two sprinkler heads we didn’t even know we had). When you are dealing with someone very experienced in their trade who also wants to have happy customers....it doesn’t get better than that!!! We will most definitely be contacting Antonio again for additional repairs / upgrades! Do yourself a favor and check with them before using another company!

I highly recommend Aquamax! James and Tommy were just at my home for a repair. They gave me a heads up when they were on their way and arrived right on time. Both guys were super friendly and quickly diagnosed/repaired the issue all while being super careful not to disturb my newly landscaped yard. Thanks again Aquamax. I can see why the Good Contractors List has them as a preferred contractor. Awesome job!!

The labor costs were as expected and advertised. The work was great. The person was great and really helpful. Parts seem to be expensive. I just had a cable repaired and a valve replaced and parts were close to $200. Overall I am happy. Work was done well and I'm just happy to have my system running again. Just know parts might surprise you!

Very snappy response through Angie's List, they were booked far out, but got me on the schedule as soon as possible. Arrived early after calling to confirm my availability. They checked the system, fixed the issues, including one my wife and I spent a couple of hours tinkering with to try to do ourselves, in around 90 minutes. Very pleased and will call on them again if necessary.

Edit: I called them back out a second time the following year and they still have a high level of quality.

Candario Gonzalez from Aquamax did a great job. He was quick about his business and knew what he was doing. He repared my contryller, replaced a spray nozzle and fixed a leak in the line. All in about 1 hour. Try them. I think you will like them.

I was given a “service window” time and date and the technician arrived on time prepared to address the two problems that I had encountered. I showed him the locations and described the solution that I had envisioned. He suggested that he would start on the simplest of the two repairs then explore the more complex problem. In a very short period of time he had repaired the first problem and was ready to explore the second issue. He did a bit of digging and soon called me to review a possible solution. I was amazed at the piping configuration that he had uncovered. He suggested a reconfiguration that he could do during this visit and solve my problem immediately.
I would never suspected to dig in the area that he uncovered and probably wouldn’t have devised the simple “fix “ that he effected. His experience with sprinkler systems design was invaluable.

The gentleman who you send out is really a good representative of your company. He is on time, polite and gets the job done!! He is why I use your company to repair our system.

Chris provided excellent customer service and his expertise is unmatched. I needed extensive work on my aging system and he was able to fix every problem without issue and as quickly as possible. Their office was super easy to wok with and Chilo was very friendly. He explained what he was doing while he was working as well as what to watch for on one of the repairs. I only gave them 4 stars because I want to see if the workmanship holds up and it was a little expensive. Would I use them again, most likely.

After looking the job over since my review, I'm still happy with the technician but not as happy with how they left a couple of sprinkler head areas. There were two people and it's obvious by the quality of the work that one person was very good, and the other wasn't as good at a finished product. Still would recommend the company but will monitor finished product a little closer next time.
