Highly satisfied is my experience with Aquamax Sprinkler Systems. My confidence in Aquamax grew from my first contact by phone to plan a service appointment, to the final review of the job my Aquamax technician preformed.

I had several issues pending with my yard sprinkler system. Not only did the technician, Josh, successfully make needed repairs, he substantially extended my knowledge of using the sprinkler system control box. Plus, I was provided with good information regarding the yard watering process.

This was my first time to use Aqumax for my irrigation system repairs. I had a major leak (16 gallons a minute). Jeff worked efficiently to find the leak, repaired it quickly and then uncovered several other problems that were hampering the system's efficiency. He fixed those too, offering me options that aligned with my budget.Great service. I'll have a better idea of overall effectiveness once I have run the sprinkler system for a few days.

Called prior to arrival wanted to see if they could come early due to weather forecast. Was so happy that they were very accommodating. I had scheduled appointment in advance from a friend referral and they did not disappoint... Tony was friendly explained everything in detail regarding system check and needed repairs. Price was also exceptional. I was so happy.. I will definitely use them again

Tony was prompt for our service. He was very professional and considerate. He continued to troubleshoot our leak problem until he found the leak and resolved it. He informed us of his progress and updated us on the repair. He educated us on proper run times for each zone and adjusted the settings for each zone. The work was efficient and reasonable in price. Tony is very effective and professional. An excellent experience. We recommend Aquamax. God bless the business and employees.

Kristopher was very pleasant to work with, and he explained the work that he did well. This was his second time (at my request) that he has worked on our system. It was made necessary by a separate leak into the house that was repaired, with collateral damage to the sprinkler system. Now it works well again. Ken

Bottom line is, I called you for service for a problem. I paid you hundreds of dollars for work. I still have the same problem. No matter how you frame it, I paid you, you didn't deliver.

Would NOT recommend Aquamax. I called them as I had 2 sprinkler heads that were leaking. They came out and "diagnosed the problem" and charged me for the service call. Said I needed diaphragms replaced. They recommend I replace all of them. Quoted me about $800. I agreed and they ordered them. They came back the following week and replaced them. Turned the sprinkler system on to test and water started bubbling out of the ground where they were working. The guy had busted a sprinkler line so he had to fix it. He credited me for my first call so I paid them an additional $ five hundred and some odd dollars. He leaves. A few days later I check the sprinklers to make sure they're not leaking. And guess what, one of the same heads was leaking. I called them back and the guy came back out and said I needed to replace the entire valve assembly and that would be a few more hundred $$$. At that point I told him that I already paid them to fix it. His boss (a woman who I don't remember her name) called and told me it wasn't covered because that wasn't what they replaced. So I'm out several hundred dollars after paying this company to diagnose and repair something, which they didn't do and now want to charge more. I don't like to write bad reviews and normally don't, but I'm pretty chapped at Aquamax and I would recommend calling Water Cloud, Andy's or somebody else. I will call one of them in the spring to fix our system.

I could not be happier with the service I received. Jeff was extremely professional and an expert. I had previously had another company try to sell me a whole new system. But Jeff knew exactly what the issues were and had my older system up and running in no time with a new controller. I highly recommend Aquamax.

Very, very happy with this company and with Tony in particular. He installed our system back in 2005, and he was the one who came to repair and reactivate it when I called last year. Today he came to do some maintenance on the sprinklers and irrigation system and was professional and thorough as always - besides being friendly and courteous. He was here on time, did some tests and adjustments plus one minor repair, and walked me through a few things I should know during droughts like we've had this summer. This is truly a quality company with expert service - and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Aquamax!

Aquamax installed my system a little over 2 years ago. They set it up, helped me get everything programmed in the app, and made the process as easy as possible. I just had some issues with a zone and they came out, saw the issue and replaced it within an hour. Good company to do business with, highly recommend them for your sprinkler system.

Aquamax did a great job installing my sprinkler system at a very reasonable cost. They were very responsive and made sure I was happy with all the details before they finished. They also have continued to respond and answer additional questions. Highly recommend!

Contacted them for a quote; a week later I got a call and the rep hadn't even looked at the bid yet and was reading it as we were on the phone. Not a great start but not the worst part. The rep was actually argumentative and was trying to push me to inferior options when I knew what I wanted (and was willing to pay more). Seems like they do it one way only and if you don't want the "cheap, slap it together, cookie cutter approach" then they are rude to you. No thanks, I can spend my money with a company that listens to its customers and shows it cares enough to respond timely and actually prepare before calling.

Located the inoperable valve under a tree! Candelaria, was helpful,pleasant,professional and willing to educate and acclimate me to my father in laws, 25 year old system. Before leaving he ran a check on the entire system, swapped out a head that for years had been spraying only concrete. As well as, explained hours and time limits to keep my settings at for irrigation and cost effectiveness. He went above and beyond, which is so refreshing! Office staff is very thorough, and pleasant. Aquamax uses, text and email to keep you reminded and updated of their rates and appointments, which I found very helpful. Candelaria arrived promptly on time and started immediately. I am pleased to say I have found our irrigation specialist!

My perimeter drip line developed a leak and AquaMax came right out and fixed the problem. It was quickly resolved and he tested the entire system as well. The price was reasonable and the whole job painless.
Aquamax was the company that had installed the system to begin with, and everything was working perfectly.
I totally recommend AquaMax for Sprinkler Systems.
