I recently moved into a new home in a neighborhood that was hit by oak wilt. I had one company remove several stumps, but the price was outrageous, so I left a few stumps in the ground. Afterwards, I read about Rocky's service online. The reviews were stellar, so I gave Rocky a call. Rocky came out and removed the remaining stumps for less than half the price that the other company had charged per diameter-inch. And, he did a better job! Rocky responds quickly, he's consummately professional, and he's a great guy. I don't write many online reviews, but when someone is this good, folks should know about him!

I had an amazing experience with Rocky. His root grinding was great, but we was an even better person to work with. His communication was excellent, his work was QUICK and the price was fair (probably the cheapest you'll get in the Austin area, tbh).

This was the 4th time we called Don to work on our house and rental property. These projects ranged from very large to pretty small. In each case his work was superior. I no longer call around for bids for any project - I just call Don. He and his crew are attentive to details; they make sure that we are satisfied at each step along the way; and they offer excellent suggestions which ultimately improve the final product.

Don and his team do amazing work. No short cuts or cutting corners. The work is solid and done right. They are courteous, professional and great at working through unexpected issues. You are kept informed through every step of the project so there are no surprises. I’ll definitely use him for my next project!

Don Fenton, aka Mr. Done Right, has been our handyman for at least 10 years, and he and his awesome crew have done a wide variety of projects and repairs for us over that time. Some of these have involved redoing what previous handymen had not done well. He always hires really good people and trains them well, believing in the traditional apprentice model. He also pays them well, which means he may be a bit more expensive than some others out there, but the cost is absolutely worth it when you want the job done right the first time. He's very much in demand, but always returns phone calls and texts promptly, and he's worked us into his schedule when we were desperate (like with a recent water heater leak). Don and his crew care about people and care about their work. Without a doubt the best handyman we've ever had!

Nathaniel was knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. Fair prices for quality work. I will definitely work with them again!

What have we *not* used Don’s help for? Not much. We’ve done a huge kitchen renovation, built a portico, master bathroom renovation, extensive new deck to hold a 1/2 ton brick oven, among others, as well as countless repairs. Through it all, we’ve been grateful for Don’s intelligence, attention to detail, humor, and incredible dedication to solving the problems you care about. At every turn, he’s been there to provide a logical array of options, providing full and understandable (never condescending!!!) detail on pros and cons, and he is in every way many many levels above what you’d hope to find in a contractor. I would not dream of undertaking a non-trivial renovation without his help.

Don and his team, Steve and Andrew, did everything we wanted and more.

This team is skilled and smart. They problem solve constantly and were able to fix things that Plumbers and Electricians had not been able to correct.

Honest, fair, punctual and professional. Mr Done Right, Don, has completed 2 jobs for me and I can't recommend him or his crew high enough. They are very thorough and always exceeded my expectations. They are very much worth the wait, as he is regularly backed up a few weeks, or even months due to the quality of work.

5 stars just isn't enough for Don and his crew! Honest, professional, high quality work... excellence all the way around...and I mean all the way around. These guys do it all..from simple repairs to the all out re-model. He installed new beautiful flooring throughout the house, he repaired our kitchen cabinetry, kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks, bathtub, toilet, walls, the fence and more things around here that I can't remember. lol. Don of Mr Do Right was professional and his crew were knowledgeable and have worked together a long time. They had to make a bathroom usable for my wife who had to use a wheelchair to get around the house and only been using it for a short time. They had the knowledge as to what was needed and where things should go. His crew has worked together and did each part of the job with skill and that made the work professional and showed the skill that I was looking for. They were friendly and showed they took pride in their work and wanted the client to be happy with the job. I would recommend Don to any of my friends and will only use him to do work on my house.
