I couldn't be happier with the recent installation of a minisplit for my garage. After my initial call to Corridor, Brandon was onsite within 48 hours at the appointed time, walking me through options and providing professional recommendations. I had a written estimate in hand that same evening-far less than their competitors! We then set an install date a short time later, giving me time to have the necessary electrical work done. On the install date, Brandon and his install techs were precisely on time and did a fabulous job. Hard to believe that within 2 weeks from my initial call to Corridor I had a working minisplit unit in my garage. Based on my experience with other providers I was initially prepared for delays, complications, etc. but that never happened with Corridor-Brandon stayed with the project from start to finish to ensure I was completely happy and understood the entire process. Who said customer service is dead? Congratulations to an outstanding local company-wish you guys the very best!
