I called City Wide because my AC was having a power issue. Mike came out first thing in the morning, quickly found the issue (backed up drain) and was able to fix it on the spot. Will absolutely use them next time I need anything.

Not a good experience for us at all. They were supposed to come out this morning at 9am to clean our coils. My husband took off work and called them this morning to confirm and was told someone would be out between 11 & 1. They did not show up so I called at 2pm and left a message. I just received a call back saying they’re sorry that they had a schedule wrong.

Mike Gonzalez saved the day for my tenant and her newborn infant! Ac drain line was clogged and making the house unbearably hot. Mike came out promptly and was able to blow out the line to fix the issue. He even gave the tenant advice on how to prevent the blockage from happening again! Overall, a fantastic experience with Mike and City Wide!

City Wide Services has helped my family with several issues over the past years - wish I'd reviewed them earlier! We have had our AC serviced, both repair and maintenance. They replaced a broken pipe in our shower and also came to the rescue when a kitchen water pipe burst in freezing weather! We originally chose to use them because they are nearby, and we wanted to foster local businesses. It was a great decision. Mike and the folks at City Wide are knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, considerate, and helpful. It's so good to know that when something stressful happens in our home and water is where it does not belong, or the house is hot as an oven, there is someone we know we can call who will make it right promptly, correctly, and with consideration. Call City Wide Services ASAP! We give you a thousand stars! I wish we contacted City Wide sooner since they respond faster than any other AC company. We were using various other AC services to patch up and replace parts of the unit with the total cost building up. Once it was discovered that we needed to replace the unit’s compressor, we just decided that we needed a new AC unit. This was the best decision since we now have a 10-year warranty and most importantly peace of mind. I knew our 14-year unit was coming to an end with numerous repairs done by other AC companies this year and the unit kept going out leaving us suffering without air in the Texas heat multiple times. Enough was enough and once we contacted City Wide regarding the situation, they came all the way to Houston, TX to install our new AC unit. We are beyond grateful for the efficient service, professionalism, and rapid response. Thankfully the company was able to take our payment via credit card which other AC services we have used do not provide credit card as a payment option. We are so happy to be stress-free without wondering when the AC unit will break down since we now have a newly installed unit from City Wide Services. Thank you City Wide for providing us with what we asked for, installing a basic unit. You rescued us in a time of need! We truly appreciate the quick response time and commuting to Houston, TX. These guys are great. They’ve worked on my water pipes, AC system, and hot water heater. They’re honest, fair, and the work quality is outstanding.

We’ve used City Wide services to replace our upstairs furnace and now our outside compressor, and they always knock it out of the park. We never have a problem getting someone out there same day and the prices they have given us can’t be beat! Mike was great at explaining how to troubleshoot my equipment as well!

Got referred to Citywide about 8 (?) years ago by a neighbor when my air conditioner malfunctioned in 100+ degree weather. Unfortunately, it happened on a Sunday but fortunately Mike, the owner, still came out that day and put in a new condenser. Fast forward to the weekend before last with the deep freeze. Heat went out on Saturday and even though he was too booked for that day, he showed up the next day, again on a Sunday. Took some time and a lot of trouble shooting but he found the bad part and brought back the heat! Price was very fair, just like before. Just can’t say enough about Mike’s honesty, integrity and his company!

I contacted City Wide again after using their services for my AC. This time my 19 year old water heater was corroded and leaking inside/outside the house. Out of the companies called, Mike came out same day to give me quote and replaced my water heater. He explained everything that would be done and how long it would take. Mike did an amazing job, everything looks nice, price was exactly what he quoted and we had hot water the same day. I highly recommend Mike with City Wide for any AC and Water Heater repairs or replacements. We really appreciated Mike for helping us out in a pinch! He was quick and able to call a friend to help fix our furnace during the last cold blast. He is very responsive and educates you on the systems you have and the systems he could install. Would recommend if you're looking for somewhere that will service their work.

Mike and his team are not just experienced at what they do but so personable. We had a plumbing emergency and he came to our rescue in no time. I had a great experience working with County Line Heating and Air. Colton responded quickly and was able to come out right away, which made a huge difference when dealing with AC issues. He was professional and got everything fixed efficiently. He has helped with problems with an old HVAC system and has also fully replaced another when it was needed. He also fixed a mini split for my business. I felt confident in the quality of his work. It’s clear he really cares about doing a good job and taking care of his customers. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing reliable HVAC service!
