Called twice. The first time Leo picked up a answering in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish so I asked if he spoke English. He responded "Jalepeno" then laughed and hung up on me. I called a 2nd time, he picked up and hung up immediately. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend this company.

The owner Leo answered the phone both times I called. His guys came out, very professional and knowledgable. One even continued working in a downpour until late at night. He had to come back the next morning with the necessary part and he arrived over an hour early so our home would cool faster as it was going to be a hot day. They are now my first call when I have HVAC needs. Thanks Leo, Art and team!

I have to say as a potential home buyer Air Choice Service really took care of me and my concerns for purchasing a home. One of the major concerns is always the roof, and HVAC. Its rare to find a company willing to de a free diagnostic after calling six other companies who wanted to charge at least $120 (I understand there is cost associated to drive and pay workers).

Leo, the owner and the technician, Chris, came within 24 hours of our request and gave us the straight news with no hidden agenda. Thankfully everything works fine with a minor fix. I'd definitely will have Air Choice taking care of any major problems with the HVAC unit. Companies like these earns a lifetime customer.

They cashed our deposit check over a month ago and then totally ghosted us. Can't believe it. They did no work and I can no longer reach them via phone or text. Leo appears to have simply stolen my money and blocked my number.

This is the best A/C replacement service I ever had in last thirty years. I had three AC replacements from two homes. The prices could be variable from one company to another company, which is very confused. This Air Choice Service is just the best company among all I contacted. The price is so good, even with the same American Standard System used in other companies. The owner Leo contacted me, next day their people loaded the stuffs, and finished all work within a day. Even my renter was so impressed with their job, and the price. If anyone wants to have a great AC replacement, just go this one, I am just saying, you will be very happy after their AC service. I can 100 % promise you.

This is a great and trustworthy company! Chris helped me out a few years ago with my AC repair and this time around I needed my whole system replaced. They helped me get the best quote and was very communicative throughout the whole process and scheduled to install my new system quickly. My condo unit isn’t the easiest to install and they took the time to figure out and work around it. I highly recommend Chris and his team!

Worse ac company ever. They promised me so much and told me that their services had warranty after installation but they didn't honor it. I replaced the ac system in my house with this company. After installation the ac was still not working property. I called them and they said it didn't have warranty because they just got paid to install the ac system not to make sure it was working properly.
