Ed was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He had a competitive price when replacing our entire heating and air system. Walter and Matt came out to do the work and we are very pleased. It was enjoyable working with them. We appreciate their time and will look forward to contacting them again for anything we need regarding A/C or heat.

Our house was struck by lightning and one of the results was our AC stopped working. I used another company that had done our annual check ups. They fixed 2 of the components that were damaged and then determined that the blower motor needed to be replaced for $1600. I called Ideal Air for a second opinion. They sent out Walter within hours and the discovered the remaining problem was the wire to the blower motor and was able to replace the wire and get the AC running for just over $300. imcoikdnt be more impressed with their competency, thoroughness and professionalism.

My AC stopped blowing cold and I had another local company out. They determined I had a leak and filled up my freon. Within a few hours, my air was out again. The other company sent out a different tech who informed me that my compressor was dead because it was run on low freon for an extended period of time; they recommended a $15k replacement. I called Ideal Aircare for a second opinion and they sent someone out right away. The tech checked my compressor and said it definitely didn't need replacement. They discussed my options, and we decided to try and find the leak - he found it right away, and made the repair the next day. It's been a couple weeks and everything is working great! Staff & technicians were VERY friendly and professional.

We had a great experience with ideal aircare. They were able to arrive at our house within 12 hours of calling them and identified the issue. Fransisco was our technician and he was very polite, timely, solved the problem quickly and chatted through additional maintenance we can do. Would recommend!

Walter and Matt were great. They came for routine maintenance on a newly purchased home. They spotted one small problem with our outdoor unit but immediately resolved it.
They thoroughly explained everything they looked at and were very transparent about what they thought may or may not be things to be concerned about. There was nothing major with ours so that's one huge weight lifted off a new home buyer. Thanks again guys!
