As a homeowner for 45 years, one of my ‘to do’s’ was scheduling a Fall/Winter HVAC checkup. As a Service Wizard customer, they call me to schedule an appointment. My latest appointment was last Tuesday. As usual (although unusual with some service companies) a text and email preceded the appointment. The email introduced me to my technician Tashawn Mckenzie and provided a picture. Tashawn arrived on time, introduced himself, explained what he was about do and got to work. As he got to the carbon monoxide checking he showed me the readings and answered questions as he was measuring at each vent. Like all the technicians I’ve met from Service Wizard, Tashawn was professional and personable - completely on brand for Service Wizard.

We had some difficulties with our ac and also wanted to schedule regular maintenance. We called Service Wizard and they sent their tech Gilberto to come out the same day. Within an hour of his arrival, everything was sorted out and he recommended and added a surge protector to our system. I'm happy with the job he did and with the company in general.

Gilbert visited earlier today. He performed a winter maintenance service and explained everything he planned on doing in great detail. Gilbert listened to our concerns and addressed it all. He was professional, detailed oriented and took his job very seriously. I highly recommend Gilbert and he is a great asset to Service Wizard.

We have been customers of Service Wizard for many years. The Osgoods have been in the HVAC business for over 30 years. They are very knowledgeable, do excellent work, and provide excellent customer service. All of SW’s technicians are top notch including Daniel L. who performed a fall check today on our gas furnace.

We use Service Wizard for routine maintenance on our furnace. The tech today, Javier, was very friendly, professional and did a great job. Have always been happy with the service.

Mike L replaced my A/C blower on the same day he diagnosed the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Daniel lamb evaluated the problem with my air conditioner quickly and informed me that only blower motor needs to be replaced and quoted me the price to do the job. He brought and rreplaced the blower motor and everything seems to be working fine. He also checked the coil and told me there were no leaks. Thanks Daniel lamb for doing a great job. Amar

We replaced our heating and air conditioning unit last year. We have the maintenance agreement. Service Wizard notifies us when it’s time to have the units serviced. All the technicians from installation to maintenance have been efficient and friendly. We highly recommend this company.

Service Wizard truly lives up to its name, there’s a reason “service” is in the company’s name! They are always super knowledgeable about AC units and go above and beyond every time. Gilbert stopped by recently and did an excellent job explaining everything in detail about what was going on with my AC. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood exactly what needed to be done. Outstanding service as always, highly recommend this company!

Tech Mike Lira was great servicing our HVAC unit for a heating check. Was very polite and helpful, also helped changed our filter in attic.

As always, the service provided by Service Wizard was outstanding. Matthew performed the routine maintenance on my AC unit and he did the most thorough inspection and maintenance I have ever seen. He was very conscientious and explained everything to me. He was also extremely polite and respectful of my property. I have been using Service Wizard for years and plan to continue to use them and recommend them to others.

These folks have always done a great job for me! My first time with Gilberto as my tech but was excellent. Let me know about some work I'll need to do as part of normal wear and tear but without making it a pressure situation. Also love that I can schedule onljne.

Diego Perez did an excellent job with maintenance on our A/C unit. He identified issues that need to addressed and quickly resolved them. He was very knowledgeable, explained things very well and was easy to work with.

We originally purchased our air condition through Service Wizard. So when an error came on our air-conditioning panel, the first thing I wanted to do is contact Service Wizard to have it looked into. I contacted Service Wizard and they were out the same day. Gilbert, who was our tech was nice and explained everything to me. They had to come out the following day because they needed a part they didn’t have which was fine. The following day Gilbert was out did the repair and was kind and courteous. I’d recommend Service Wizard to anyone.

We just started using Service Wizard and have had a good experience so far. As a company they've provided good and consistent communication, has received feedback of concerns well, and shown that they care about our business. Mike Lira has been a great technician, coming out to the house multiple times. He's been very professional, knowledgeable, and has helped address our questions and our problems.

Had an AC leak at 10 PM December 23. Scheduled an appointment online, and Evan was here at 10 the next morning. Fast diagnosis and repair, and cheerful and pleasant (especially for someone working on Christmas Eve). We've been using Service Wizards before they were Service Wizards - 3 different houses, and multiple ACs - and have always had fantastic and cheerful and prompt service. We can't recommend them enough.

They do a super thorough job inspecting every little thing to make sure everything is working safely! I feel like I am in really good hands with them. I had a great first experience in dealing with multiple team members of Service Wizard in the replacement of my home air conditioning-heating unit. I found everyone to be friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, and very professional. Their rates were very comparable, they thoroughly explained their products and services, and they quickly answered my questions. Most of all they made me feel like an appreciated customer and went beyond making sure I got my thermostat connected to Wi-Fi and my products registered for warranty. Scott Bandy is an excellent technician! He showed great patience while guiding us through how to properly maintain our AC and keep it clean. We were really impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Our construction team never explained how to drain and clear out the AC system, but Scott took the time to show us everything and got our unit running smoothly—without letting outdoor air affect our indoor air quality.
