Another great maintenance service visit from Service Wizard. Gilberto Vallejo was our tech, gave us a through review of our heating systems and concerns we should address. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We’re very happy with our service maintenance calls and repairs, give us a piece of mind we’re keeping up on making sure our systems are working efficiently and effectively.

We’ve only had good experiences with these folks. Today Tashawn came by for our winter HVAC checkup and service. He was polite, professional and thorough. He even made the difficult climb into our attic space. We use Service Wizards bi-yearly checkup and service program to make sure we are ready for the crazy climate swings in central Texas. Highly recommended. And change your air filters at least 4 times a year maybe more with pets 😂

Diego Perez went above and beyond our expectations. He did maintenance service on two units. He took his time and was thorough. He explained everything to my husband as he was working. He took pictures of the units to show me so I would know what was done. He also made us aware of an alert valve that was missing on one of the units. We had him install the two needed valves. He was pleasant and professional. Thank you Service Wizard for sending such a knowledgeable technician to work on our units.

Javier R and EJ P were absolutely awesome! They documented everything, explained everything, and improved my AC system greatly. They went above and beyond from what was needed, and gave me some insights into other potential issues lurking in my heater system.
I've been using Service Wizard for many years now, and always have a great experience. I do take some umbrage at the pushing of service plans (particularly the monthly ones) to enable a discount. I'd much prefer flat-rate pricing, as service plans really only benefit the business - not the consumer. I would urge them to reconsider the service plan pricing tiers and discounts, as the optics make it closer to companies whose reputation has been ruined by going too far in that direction. Just a sidebar on an overall excellent company and experience. As an aside, pricing was not the cheapest, but the quality of work is superlative compared to other work I've had performed with other companies.

We’ve been using Service Wizards for several years for both regular maintenance and repairs. We’ve always had great service and our appointment today with Diego Perez as our technician was also great. He came on time, did a quick job of evaluating our HVAC systems, and gave a clear explanation of what he found. He gave us options to update an older heater but didn’t try to make a hard sell. Excellent service, as we always expect from Service Wizards.

The technician Daniel was great, we was friendly, knowledgeable, and found the issue with our split unit. Something a previous AC repair guys messed up and was going charge us crazy money. Daniel was able to repair the unit, explain everything and the pricing was very reasonable. He also did a little extra by adding some die into the Freon, so that next time they can easily diagnose if there is a leak. I was very happy with the service, and the appointment was set up quickly as well. Thank you so much! Will be using them again!

Scott Bandy from Service Wizard was fantastic—very friendly and personable. He inspected both of our AC units, clearly explained exactly what was causing the problem, and gave a straightforward solution. He made the whole process transparent and easy to understand. Highly recommend their service!

Mike Lira represented Service Wizards wonderfully! The service was prompt and efficient. He did upsell but the value was too good to pass up so I'm glad he did.

This feedback is re: Adam Alcon.
He did a quality assurance check on a new furnance install. He went about his work efficiently with minimum input from me. When done, he explained the need for 2 upgrades to confirm with new code. Having had issues with code at previous residences due to the poor work of others, I appreciate the care and attention to matters like this. I use Service Wizard bc of this kind of attention to detail.
Also Adam helped me a great desl with getting my system info registered online. I attempted to do this 3 times myself without success. I am not a novice web user having been a web master fir 25 years. The SW web site registration process is a Joke. You should send it back to the high school students who designed it. This is the one area where I cannot rrcommend SW.
On the other hand I recommend Adam fully and unreservatively.

Gilberto Vallejo & team were a pleasure to work with! We’ve been using Service Wizard for 5 years now and they have always provided great service. I have been using Blue Sphere Heating and A/C for over 5 years, in my commercial rental spaces and personal residence. Quality service that can only be provided by a company that is owner run and operated. I highly recommend BSH&A/C to my friends as I now do on this site.

Blue Shpere did an outstanding job replacing a whole house A/C Heating unit. They quoted several options within the Lennox lineup of units and explained the differences and options that they could supply. We ultimately decided on a higher end model and not only does our house cool more our electric cost has gone down. Blue Sphere installed all the units and redid some of our ductwork in a day's work. They have great warranty as well, we had a small issue with a unit, they came the next day swapped the part which was covered under the Lennox warranty. Highly recommended.

My highest praise goes to Blue Sphere. Their replacement of my complete HVAC system was nothing short of sensational. Javier and his team are consummate professionals have an abundance of impressive experience. They were extremely honest; attentive to my objectives and budget; provided outstanding guidance on the best system for my needs; and their work was of the highest quality. They unexpectedly discovered that my attic furnace platform was marginal. At their own initiative they removed the existing platform, and custom fashioned and installed a new platform within the bid although it required a trip for materials and meaningfully more time on the job. Without Blue Sphere I would never had known of this until it became a problem, and I have no doubt that it would not have been addressed by virtually any other HVAC company. Beyond this example, their pride in work quality was reflected from start to finish. They were efficient, timely, left the site as clean as when they arrived, courteous and enjoyable, provided thorough explanations of the job at the beginning and throughout the process, and patiently answered all my questions. All the characteristics above shined through when I asked Blue Sphere to help on another climate control issue. In short, I cannot say enough good things about Blue Sphere, which is quite different than any other HVAC company with which I’ve dealt. In the future, I will always use Blue Sphere for my small and large HVAC needs.

Javier with Blue Sphere arrived a bit early and had the preventive maintenance done on our recently installed heat pump in less than an hour. Reasonable charge and another very pleasant encounter.
