Shane Stone is my “Go To” man at Fox Service Company. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He is professional and always friendly. I do not have anyone but Shane work on our A/C units. He gets a 5 Star from me.

Service guy who came to our place, Cole McKinney, was great. He installed a new coil, tested it and found the new one was broken. So Cole quickly returned in the same day with a second new coil, replaced it and now everything works. I appreciate the extra effort to fix the issue.

He was very knowledgeable and was able to have our fireplace up and running in the auto mode.

Brendan Lemond did a great job with my a/c unit. He identified a problem and immediately tackled the problem. He was polite, business like and answered all my questions. He deserves two lunches.

Paul Dugan is without question one of the most qualified and skilled senior technicians to service our home’s hvac system. He provides detailed and and thorough information without missing a beat. Can’t ask for better!

A damaged wire was replaced from the thermostat to the hub of the unit. It proved to be more challenging because of some work done by the builders. The tech was an excellent trouble shooter and fixed the problem.

I want to give a professional shout out to Mr. Ramiro Espinoza for coming to my home and explaining to me why I needed a new HVAC System. He explained the financial situation to me in very nice detail and I didn't feel pressured on going with his company. What sold me was that I had questions and he answered them even on the weekends. He basically walked me through the whole process all the way up to the delivery and installation of my new HVAC System and then said you can always reach out to me if you have any question and I will glad to assist. Lastly, I want to give a shout out to the Installation Technicians Edgar Guitierrez and Jose Elias for explaining to me what they have done and walked me around where the AC unit was installed and gave me a quick class on my new unit. They were very professional along the way and their customer service was the best. I will definitely recommend this company for your future HVAC needs.

After I had been told that the replacement part for my AC (still under warranty) would not be here for another 7 days, I called Adam, the service tech that diagnosed the problem 4 days ago, and asked for help. He was able to find the part locally and make it out to my house for the repairs before the end of the day. That's going above and beyond. He single handedly restored my faith in Fox.

Caleb Anderson and his coworkers did a nice job on our duct replacement today. much easier. They came on time and did a nice job. Thanks crew! Definitely worthy of a lunch for not only Caleb but the other guys with him.

Great installation of a full hvac system. They had my old indoor and outdoor equipment out and the new ones in and running in one day! The installers were kind and courteous, and left my home clean when they were done!

Cameron was right on time getting here. He listened to what I had looked at already, and then got right to work. He quickly narrowed it down to one of two things and completed further troubleshooting. It ultimately resulted in him identifying a bad part and getting one on order. Very happy with the service.

Jose Castelan and two additional tecnicians replaced the furnace in one of my AC zones. They seemed competent and were able to make the replacement in 5 hours or so. The system seems to be working well, They left the work area clean and neat.

I wanted to share some quick feedback on today's AC maintenance. Roman Rodriguez was our technician, and he was really professional and courteous. He did a great job servicing the units, and everything's running perfectly now. I really appreciate the quality of service from your company, and I just wanted to pass along that positive note.

Juan Perez and his assistant were very professional and timely in their work. They cleaned up after the work was done and they provided an explanation of how the system controls work prior to their departure. Thank you, Fox, for sending two highly skilled professionals.

Shawn Dunlap and Pedro workmanship was excellent. Friendly and informative service. Worthy of you to buy them lunch. However, $3100 for a water heater is worthy of only 4 stars not 5.
