We used Texas Reliable Services to convert attic space to a bedroom and a half bath to a full bath. Juan and team were awesome and we are really happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend Texas Reliable Services as they were professional, fairly priced and reliable.

We called two other places and waited two days each only to have them not show up to their appointments.
TRS fit us in for same day service. Showed up to the appointment and gave us Info on how to avoid our reoccurring AC problem.

Juan came out right away, and he even wore a mask! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. He was incredibly honest about what was wrong with our AC anddand spare any details. He made sure we knew exactly what we were dealing with, and took the time to answer any questions we had. He was also very reasonable with his pricing. I definitely will call him for any future problems, and I recommend him highly to anyone!

I was assigned this vendor from my warranty company. Usually I have to call the vendor several times, to my surprise, they called me within five minutes of me getting off the phone with the warranty people. They asked me if I was available to have the technician come out within the hour. This was the fastest, most thorough and professional service call I have ever had for anything. Their technician was clean-cut, well-dressed and friendly. He was done and gone within about 30 minutes. This is the best case scenario for a service call from your warranty company.

The team showed up on time and had the system diagnosed in minutes. It was during the first freeze of this year and we were feeling it inside the house until TRS arrived . They had our old system on and running in under an hrs time. they could have charged emergency rates and we would have gladly paid but they charged me for a service call and went on their way! Top notch and professional , I'd recommend these guys to my grandmother !

TRS installed a quality AC unit for me. They arrived on time to do a great job. The crew was very professional and completed an awesome job paying close attention to all details. They cleaned up after the job was completed to my satisfaction. I believe I got a great value for the money I spent. I am very content with the job and highly recommend TRS for any home projects. They do so many other projects.

TRS was recommended by my HOA. I called this morning to help fix a leaky ceiling and was serviced just a few hours later. Rodrigo was on time, communicated what worked needed to be done, and fixed the problem all within a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company!

Juan at Texas Reliable Services is fantastic. This past summer - after asking me lots of questions and talking with me for a few minutes he diagnosed and repaired outdoor A/C unit that a company before him didn't even recognize and had come out multiple times to attempt to.

Faulty thermostat this time around and same quality service from Juan - talked with me, diagnosed within 10 minutes, gave some tips and that was that.

They started out great on a new AC install. The short version is now I have over $20k worth of water damage because they didn't repair a drain line correctly. I've been trying to call them and text but they will not answer my calls anymore. Over 6 weeks now with no communication or working AC downstairs. I had to call another company to come out and fix their AC issues and now have contractors repairing the sheetrock, paint, carpet, and hardwood flooring damage. Be ware.

Booking was simple, the techs arrived on time, treated the property with respect, worked efficiently, explained all issues, and resolved all issues expertly. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

I wish I could give them a zero. The guy came out the same day I called which was nice but it all went down hill from there. The technician claimed the coil was dirty, and said that he scheduled me for an appointment. The appointment time came to find that I wasn't on the schedule at all. They then scheduled me later in the day to have the technicians show up late to the appointed time window. After they cleaned the coil , my system is still not working. I have been 7 days without A/C and this is ridiculous. They are super unorganized and are NOT reliable. Do NOT use this company.

TRS was great to work with. They were on time and very fair with their pricing and help. They were running a little late for the service call but made sure to text me a let me know. They had to dig in my front yard but made sure they didnt destroy my grass. Juan and James and Rodrigo were excellent to work with. I hope I dont get anymore leaks, but if I do, I will be calling them.

We were recommended Texas Reliable Services through our warranty company and couldn't be more pleased with the effort, attention, and service that they provided. Ruben is a great technician! He was extremely personable/professional, explained everything he was doing, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Our house is 15 years old with the original air conditioner. It took a few visits to get the problem 100% solved but each time we called they scheduled a visit for that day or the next (even on a Saturday and Sunday), came on time and were extremely patient with us. They were easy to work with and do solid work. We will be using them in the future for maintenance.

My upstairs A/C suddenly stopped working with the thermostat totally off. I called a couple of A/C repair companies and neither could come right away. Texas Reliable Services came out to my house the very next day and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, which turned out to be a clogged drain line. Their prices were exactly as promised, and the technician was knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

My AC went out in the middle of the night! I called at 7am and gave my info to a live person. Within 5 seconds Juan, the owner, called me back and had me scheduled for 8:30am! The repair tech was punctual and quickly determined the problem and fixed it! I highly recommend Texas Reluable!

Considering how busy A/C folks would be in the beginning of the summer; they were really responsive, took a day or two before a tech could be dispatched but they were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them!

I had to get my AC repaired last summer, I called this company and they sent 5 technicians out in one vehicle. 3 were inside two were outside. Well, I didn't notice for about 5 months because I never go into the closet thats in the hallway they worked in. These technicians were the only other people since the summer in that area of the house, as i am the only one who lives here. I'm missing a silver bracelet that was my great grandmothers and silverware that was my moms (both decreased) both family heirlooms. I can't prove it and it's too far after the fact but I'm putting this company on blast!!! I hope Kharma catches up to who ever stole those things, yall make me sick!

So it's still August and the heat actually just got loose after all the storms we had here in the area late July. Our unit was 16+ yr old, original to the house we bought used, and it finally said "I'm done yesterday." With a Mom who stays home with little ones, this was bad. The TRS team sent me a quote immediately, gave me a better unit than other quoted for a slightly better price, and got me taken care of next day. They also kept communicating throughout the whole process with text and email. Highly recommend this professional local business. Thanks y'all.

Our water heater wasn't heating up to its fullest (old age). Called TRS, due to close proximity. They showed up the same day within a few hours. We paid $2,700 for 50 gal electric water heater installation. Not sure if we paid more.

3 star because i) the work; they reused old torn up insulation which they tore up from the old water heater tank. Additionally, ii) I was charged a 3% fee for charging it on my credit card which I was not told prior to charging.

End your search for the nicest, quickest, most reliable AC repair team in Austin. I’m a new Mom and our AC stopped working after hours on a hot humid evening and I called a dozen places that all told me I’d have to wait until morning for a technician to come out.
When I reached out to Texas Reliable Services in South Austin at 8:30pm, Juan answered and said he could have his technician out within the hour. I have never been more relieved. Especially knowing my baby would sleep!!! Alex and Amir arrived and I’m not even joking, within 60 seconds of them looking for the issue, they found it and fixed it. My AC immediately started working and they showed me the root cause and explained why it happened. They were thorough, polite, professional, and most of all, they saved our night (and our baby’s precious sleep)! I will look no further in the future than TRS.
