Wow, they got someone out to diagnose and fix the ac within an hour. They communicated well and were very understanding. Great customer care and service!

Our ac suddenly stopped working one afternoon. Called our landlord and reported the issue. Husband tried working on the ac that evening, and did a few things to get it somewhat back up and running.

The next day Juan and Nick from Texas Reliable Services came out to take a look. I really appreciated the fact that they did not walk in to my house and saw a working ac and assumed everything was fine. They were so incredibly professional. Very thorough in their work. They took the time to listen to me as I explained what had happened. I told them my husband basically put a bandaid over the issue and only temporarily fixed the ac. They went through, inspected the ac. They checked all of our vents to make sure they were circulating/ventilating properly. They found out what the issue was with the ac and fixed it right there.

Got freon leaking from condenser. Juan showed up did a repair it took 45 min. Very good pricing highly recommend

TRS came out quickly and when the job became a stumper - stuck around to really figure out just what was going on. (we had 30 ft of sludged up pipe!) Then they stuck around to finish the job (replacing 30ft of pipe in the dark with light rain). Nestor was so friendly and helpful. Would call them again for sure.

Update: I’ve used Texas Reliable Service for years now. They get technicians out quickly, the service providers are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They always identify the issue quickly - you’re paying for their years of expertise even more than the repair itself. They fix it and fix it well! The customer service of the admin staff and the technicians is first class. I won’t use another company!!

If you own a home in the Austin area Juan and his team at TRS should be in your contact list. I honestly don't know what I would do without them. Most recently, my tenants texted at 6:30am on a Friday in July to say the AC was not cooling. TRS was on site by 9:30am, diagnosed the problem, sent me pictures and estimated cost. They had acquired and installed new parts by noon and we were up and running again. I have referred them to my realtor friends who have had such success that they refer them to all their clients. They've fixed roofs, plumbing, electrical and an entirely destroyed home after a break-in, for me. I had multiple window companies out to give me an estimate on a leaking window, all of whom ran when they saw it was 3rd story; TRS opened the window, leant out and realized it was loose flashing which they were able to secure without trouble - job done. I always rely on them to treat my homes as theirs, they care about our welfare and doing the job right. Highly recommended.

Amazing service! I had a plumbing emergency and it was fixed same day. Very professional and reasonably priced. Felt like I was talking with family or a close friend while the job was being done. Will, definitely, use for future plumbing, HVAC, electrical or home improvement issues. Juan is the man!!!

We had an issue with our AC unit and it was not cooling efficiently below 75 degrees. Not wanting the issue to get worse we called Texas Reliable Services at 5pm hoping to get an appointment for the following day.
Emir was very courteous over the phone and found us a technician who was willing to come at the tail end of his shift and evaluate the problem.
Juan showed up within the 2 hour window and diagnosed the problem and cleaned clogged up lines and had us up and running in 30 minutes.
The fee was very reasonable and less than we were told to expect.
We will use them for regular maintenance so that we can maximize the life of the AC unit !

Alejandro came out in the morning and fixed the A/C issue and diagnosed an electrical issue with the A/C breaker. Same day service, Nestor came out and repaired the A/C breaker. I contacted Unified Heating & Air Conditioning when my air conditioner stopped working during a stretch of hot 90-degree days in Austin and I needed help quickly.
