Having issues with our system keeping things cool. Silence R. was our technician. She's friendly, thorough and always feel like we're in good hands when she's fixing our issues.

The Precision technician was very professional and knowledgeable. We appreciated that they put on shoe covers and were dressed professionally. The problem with the AC was identified quickly, fixed and they reset the thermostat while removing unnecessary alerts. He checked both filters in the attic and removed the indoor filters while educating us on how often to change these and why indoor filters should not be used.
He represented your company well!

Shane and his working partner were timely, polite and most importantly they knew their A/C repairs. They worked in tandem and the work was completed and repairs were explained to me. All around it was a good experience. Thank you!

Poor Communication, Shady Upsell Tactics – Would Not Recommend

I scheduled Fox Service Company / Precision Heating & Air to work on my mini-splits. After three separate calls, the problem is still not fixed. Communication was frustrating and disorganized — I had to keep calling just to get basic updates.

They also pushed hard for me to sign a service contract to “get a discount,” which felt like a sales tactic rather than a genuine benefit. After researching, I found they are owned by Southern Home Services Corporation, a large service conglomerate with a poor reputation. My experience reflects those concerns.

If you want responsive communication, timely repairs, and honest pricing, I’d look for a locally owned company instead.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided; our cooling issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. We learned a great deal about using our cooling and heating system more efficiently, and the importance of regular maintenance. We highly recommend Fox Service Company and the technician who did the work on our unit, Silence Redfearn. We hope to see her again when we schedule our Fall Maintenance! Steak should be on the menu the next time she goes out for lunch, and remember a special dessert, too! THANK YOU!

Our sixteen year old compressor shorted, they came the next day after diagnosis and installed a new system! We were up and running by evening and several unexpected issues were expertly solved. Ben and Steven are great! Elizabeth expertly handled all of our other questions!

Javier, Ernesto and Jose were all super! Everything was explained to me as they took out my old system and put in my new system they were very clean in their work and very polite throughout the time they were here. There was some difficulty in making the unit fit in an inside closet and they made adjustments for that even though it took them longer and they also were able to make sure that my ionizer and Halo were still working correctly. I'm incredibly pleased with everything that they did.

The Precision air technician, Brandon, was very thorough and did an excellent job unclogging our AC drain line. He was very professional. The prices established by his company are outrageous.

Richard is absolutely the best! Knowledgable and professional. Solved my issue that no one else could. So thankful he is the one that came out!

Excellent service from Fox. Call them Saturday morning because AC unit ceased to work. Arrived mid afternoon. Jason and Wayland were incredible (both of them had visited the house to service our various AC/heating units before). Fixed the problem with the AC in no time. Both of them are extremely nice, efficient. Fox services well priced!

Manuel Gonzales and team with Precision/ Fox were amazing replacing TWO AC units at my house on Barton Point Drive. They were efficient and professional and left the place cleaner than they found it. It was a huge job on one of the hottest days of the year. Very grateful for their hard work!

AC went out late on a Tuesday night. They sent someone out immediately to assess the situation. Couldn’t fix due to a part but they were able to fix the next morning. Silence Redfearn came to fix, she was great, friendly, and didn’t mind my dogs. Had the part replaced and up and running within an hour. Thank you!

Caleb and his helper were courteous and professional. They installed a new system in tight quarters, working diligently and in good humor.

Paul did a great job . He did a UY light replacement. Since it was only five months since I had the light installed, Paul let me know that it was under warranty that I would not be charged.
