It wasnt to bad backing to Dock but you have to back from the street, very nice folk lifter drive I was unload in 42 minutes,that's Good.

Showed up at 6 am on a Monday to beat traffic 4 wheelers do use the curb so it’s going to be a hit or miss if you find big enough gap to park, you need to go thru the front parking lot and follow around to the docks once you go check in they let you know they ready for you. They do have priority delivery and pickups but they take care of them fast. Took 2 hrs getting unloaded they came to get my bills I caught some attitude while he gave them back I pulled up to close the doors and all the guys where standing at the dock come to find out I wasn’t scheduled until Wednesday and so where the other 2 trucks in line behind me. It was 11am already you think somebody would of said something by then. Bad/ No communication whoever was involved with these loads

I love this place. It's a good place to buy air conditioning equipment grills ,copper and other such things. The guys there are really good at getting you in and out as fast as possible and they know about what they sell

Corbin, Dustin, and Jacob are the best! Corbin is gone, but he always came through with a great attitude! Dustin is very knowledgeable. Jacob is top quality and service, always looking to take care of any customers walking in. I have not had any bad experiences and have been going to them for over two years! Thank you, guys, for being awesome! 🙏😊

Hands down the best customer service of all the hvac distributors. Everyone there is friendly and helpful but I deal with Jacob most often. He gets me in and out of there super fast with everything I need every time.

Johnathan and Sam did a great job fixing my HVAC system that as having heating issues. They were friendly and answered all my questions around the issue and what I should be looking out for if it ever happens again. They made the experience quick, pleasant, and educational.

Brian from Houk was fantastic! I had a soft intermittent oscillating/howling sound coming from one room. It was driving me crazy but I had written that off as just noise coming from the hvac system in the attic. It didn’t take him more than 5 mins to troubleshoot it as the return vent pulling way too much air through it. While he was there we rebalanced the air flow through all the vents so that the house feels comfortable. High skilled employees, efficient and great to interact with. I would highly recommend this company

Terrible ac installation in Edgebrooke Brohn Subdivision in Pflugerville, my client moved in April has 3 warranty claims already for the AC no cooling, didn’t install it correctly and tried to upscale maintenance package to clients.

Inexperienced techs they should have figured out the vents were closed visit 1 not visit 3 or 4.

Buyers beware!

Chance was outstanding, he completed a routine maintenance. He explained to us what he did and he arrived at the time scheduled.

Jonathan was chill and on time, even on call I know from my experience in my line a work it isn’t always the funniest time to work. But he fulfilled the work order and made sure the coolant was full and up to par.. thanks john

Houk A/C did an excellent job resolving the low airflow issues and balancing the air distribution throughout the house. Bryan was knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured the system was properly configured for optimal performance. I would highly recommend Houk A/C to friends and family.

Jeremiah Bottoms was great. Texted me to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time and went above and beyond to take care of my AC and utility room exhaust fan . Both are working great.
