Houk is great! Bryan was on time, thorough and super friendly. He adjusted our new home’s air balance and sealed some leakage in the attic. I appreciate the professionalism.

Brian our a/c tech was professional and very helpful. He explain the a/c map of the house so we can have better control of the temperature. He adjusted all the vents for us as well. It has made a big difference in the comfort level.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Easy and quick process, from signing up for their maintenance program to a first visit by a technician. Jeremiah did a very thorough check and also a great job of familiarizing me with my system. The whole experience gave me total peace of mind!

We were having an issue with our primary bedroom not cooling and other rooms getting too cold, Bryan came out and did a balance of the system and now the system is operating great! He found several areas where we were losing AC in the attic, and fixed those. I highly recommend Houk AC!

My primary bedroom temperature felt hotter than the rest of the home so I scheduled Houk to come out and perform a system balance. The tech (Brian) arrived within the scheduled window and took care of the issue in a couple of hours. All rooms feel equal in temperature and I’m very happy with the service.

Bryan was amazing. We’ve had troubles with our AC unit and Brian did a great job. Not only did he fix everything, he also rebalanced the AC in her house. Highly recommend him!

Bryan Mundkowsky came out to service my AC unit and when I say he went above and beyond I mean it. He found issues with the unit and fixed them. He could have fixed the one problem but he went the extra mile. He sent me before and after pictures and I was impressed. Between him and Jeremiah they are the best in the business. Thier customer service is top notch. I would recommend them both and I’ll always request those two. Texas heat is no joke and these two make a breeze by servicing the AC units!!!!

Not only did he fix the issue efficiently, but he also took the time to explain what was going on and shared a few helpful tips about how to better maintain the system. I really appreciated his professionalism and the fact that I actually learned something from the visit. It's rare to find someone so knowledgeable and respectful.

Ray Ortiz is the man! He got my AC up and running in no time. Luckily it was just a bad capacitor and he happened to have one on his truck. In addition he checked pressures, cleaned the coils, and made sure everything was 100% before heading out. Thank you Ray!

Houk technician Keith Harvey is the BEST EVER! Fix heating issue and was very detailed about the problem and why the furnace wasn't heating. Keith is a blessing. God is Good!

HOUK is great, Ray was so thurough, I have a heat pump system he worked outside as well as inside. I have the twice per year tune-up program. $169.00 annually. Now I'm ready for some cold weather.
