After dealing with untrustworthy companies, it was so nice to come across this company and work with Haider. He was on time and be ready to help me to save money and solve our AC problem. Every call/text that I sent him was answered, he genuinely cares about his customers and their needs. I will 100% recommend this company and Haidar to anyone who has a AC problem.

Our AC went out the Saturday before a record week of heat in Austin (of course). No one could come to take a look on Sunday. No one except Haider from Aireserve. After showing up promptly on time, Haider discovered that we had a bad motor on our 6 year old Lennox AC. Ordering a replacement would take 3 months, that is unless you are Haider and happen to find one miraculously. He let us know he had the part, quoted a price for the work, and completed the work the following day. We are now ready as can be for 107 degree weather.

Haider was incredibly responsive and willing to help us however he could. He went out of his way to ensure we got our air running again and we are beyond thankful. Happy to recommend Aireserve.

Haider provided excellent service and problem solving! I called several companies and no one had ever heard of the specific issue I was having. I had more than one provider come out and leave without fixing my issue. Haider nailed it! He was able to jot just fix it but get creative. He was conscientious about keeping costs low. Great service, with solid knowledge! I always call Aire Serve of Northweat Hills because they consistently provide the best service. I recently had no cooling on a very hot day.

Our over 20 year old AC went out on Sunday and they showed up 1 hour after we called them and got it temporarily working. He also accurately identified that it probably was struggling to keep up because the compressor was bad. My wife and I had noticed the ac seemed to be struggling to keep up for a few weeks. He gave us a few options for replacement because repairs were going to be so expensive due to the old Freon that isn’t allowed anymore that it wasn’t worth doing. We picked one the following morning and by 3:30 the next afternoon we had our new ac. It works great and is much quieter and they were really careful with laying out floor protection and drop cloths to protect the house. I would use them again for sure.

Sent them an email on Sunday night after the AC would sporadically work and had an appointment made the next day! He got here early, was quick to pinpoint the issue and discussed prices with us.

Highly recommend! Our HVAC stopped working in the evening so I called Aire Serv and spoke with Ali who was so kind and assured me that a technician would be at our home first thing in the morning. By 8am, a technician was here and fixed the problem so efficiently!

Our air conditioning unit broke down in July after dealing with this Texas heat for much too long. After much research we landed on Aireserve of Barton Creek and let me tell you… they did not disappoint! They sent out a nice man named Haider to come have a look at our AC. Unfortunately, we were told we’d have to get a new unit because the old one had finally huffed its last puff, but they prices offered were fantastic and Haider was so professional and kind! Very pleased with this company and will definitely be using again if we encounter any further AC troubles!

Haider of AireServ came quickly to diagnose the AC problem with the outside unit, determined the need for replacement and explained all the options, and was able to arrange quick and efficient replacement the very next day before the arrival of guests! For me, this was fantastic service! I can't recall the last time that I posted a review, but the exceptional service of Aire Serv of Northwest Hills demanded it. Their technician Haider saved us from the scorching heat by responding to my call after midnight (after our thermostat went out) -- in the middle of summer!

He arrived early the next morning to replace the offending item and could not have been more professional, prompt, or courteous. Same was true when he came back out 6 weeks later to make sure that everything was running smoothly.

Haider was very prompt, detailed, and didn’t show any behavior of misusing someone’s ad hoc problem at hand. He offered me multiple options with pros and cons of each. He was also very punctual for his appointment and took care of our issue in a much professional manner (without boasting his years of experience of been in the industry for long. We came across some idiots who would simply keep boasting about their industry experience). Haider’s work speaks volumes of his industry experience.

Great experience: I contacted AireServ through Neighborly because our heater was only turning on when it wanted to. We had been trying to find someone to come out quickly especially with the temperatures fluctuating here in the Austin area and we were lucky enough to be connected with Haider. He just so happened to have an opening and was over within the hour. He worked quickly and explained everything as he went and even made sure to tell us what to look out for in case something happened again. We had told him our issue had been happening sporadically for the past few months so he said to text him if anything went wrong. Although we hoped we wouldn’t have to, our heater stopped coming on again a few hours later and I sent Haider an update and some videos of the issue and once we found the error code he offered to come out the next day to do a full diagnostic to confirm. We truly appreciate Haider’s flexibility and willingness to jump in (especially on a weekend - truly above and beyond service) and for getting our heater fixed. Very responsive, good price for services and straightforward. We even needed some extra work done for the new AC to work properly and they provided that extra work free of charge. I will always use them for my HVAC services from now on.

I had a very good experience. The technician was knowledgeable and found my problem quickly. He had it running same day but had to order a part. The part arrived quickly. It worked at first and then quit. Tech was back (almost) immediately and discovered and fixed the new problem. Very responsive, and I will continue to use their service. Highly recommended.
