Returning customer, had to track them down. Called, downloaded the app, call day time, call after hours. Final connected directly with service person and night before told me the machine broke. I called a competitor and then were able to book a next day meeting.

I needed emergency service on a Sunday and Haider pulled up a the house within an hour with a acceptable diagnostic fee for coming out on a Sunday. Great service and customer experience.

I called AireServ after a different company said I have to buy a new AC system for a low price of 13k. They said it could not be repaired. The unit is only about 5 years old. AireServ came promptly and fixed the AC system. The technician said it’s pretty new, it doesn’t need changing. He figured out what was wrong and fixed it. I’m very grateful for the money they saved me.

Haider was great. We called early today, they were very busy and still made time for us. This is the 2nd time that we have used their services and the price is always reasonable. They are doing quality and honest work.

Totally Cool diagnosed my ac issue and quoted @ $1,300. I authorized the repair, and was greeted by a different technician for the repair. Without looking at my ac im immediately told he doesnt believe their diagnosis was correct, although I still had to pay for their mid-diagnosis. He went on to say he’s a 20yr veteran and is actually about to buy the company. He very confidently claims he’s gonna take a look and get me up and running for way less than $1,300. I said I will stay out of your way but would like to ask occasionally questions to learn about my system. He has no problem talking to me, but he does say soo much technical jargon, could make your head swim. During his diagnosing he changed his mind 3 times, yet again wants to say im a 20yr veteran, about to buy the company, and u can look me up online...he had a nickname for himself. At one point his 3rd idea is apparently wrong, he gets frustrated with me for watching and threatens to just walk off on the job! I had to ensure him i’m just watching to learn and your the pro, please move ahead and do the repair. I had my own r-22 they agreed to use if needed. He believed it was not the reversing valve diagnosed originally, but simply my blower motor fins were too dirty creating restriction, and wanted to clean my coils and increase fan speed. He drained system of my r-22 then said he could not put it back in. Not sure why he took it out anyway! So he offered to save me $ and replace it with the drop-in refrigerant MO99, for only $50! I told him to either use my own tank of r-22 or his proposed MO99, and I’d leave it to his expertise. He went with MO99...AC lasted about 3 weeks and no longer works. New company noted on their paperwork that previous company left no indication of them putting MO99 in system as required, compressor locked-up and when a drop-in replacement is not done properly your compressor will cease up.

Wonderful experience with this company. Everyone we worked with was helpful, patient and kind - dealt with our 1 million questions with grace, handled all the warranties and rebates and loans through Austin Energy - would recommend them to absolutely anyone.

Great company! Came in to the house did the inspection and quickly had a date for them to come back and improve my home to save energy and money in bills. Always available when I called for any questions and overall great work.

I guess the experience varies a lot by technician assigned to you. Mine did a ver poor job cleaning the condenser, and I was charged for 1lb of freon without being told about it, guy came, did the poor cleaning and said he “added” 1lb of freon, without telling me in advance I get $89 added to the visit because of that, seemed scammy nit to let me know they were going to do that, specially since I didn’t have cooling problem and would like to be present for that, to make sure something is actually added. I complained via email and the guy came back to tell me if I wanted that lb taken out, but the problem is I don’t even know if it was really added after the fishy approach they took.

Maybe if you have an issue they are great, but for regular maintenance in my area I do not recommend them, as a matter of fact, I would recommend against them.

Not recommended for new installation. Got a very high-level quote with 6 options (2 types and 3 brands). Choose 1 brand and asked few questions but response was not apt/clear in email, so asked for a call back that i never got. When called they never picked-up and no-response.

My AC suddenly stopped turning on. I called and a technician was at my house within an hour. He quickly found what caused the initial problem, but was thorough in making sure there wasn't a secondary problem. He caught another big issue that I wasn't aware of and did a great job explaining what it was while never trying to upsale me. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing repairs.

Great service!! Anthony got up on a 2 story roof (it was 107 degrees), and quickly diagnosed the problem with my a/c. Replaced a capacitor, cleaned the coils, added a little freon, and it is working better than ever now! He also cleaned the drain while he was up there. This is the second time I have used this company, and I would highly recommend them!!

Once again Totally Cool exceeded expectations. Jeff came to do a maintenance check on the A/C. He's friendly, VERY knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and taught me a little about how A/Cs actually cool and dehumidify the air - cuz I'm a nerd that way. I've used these folks for many years and recommended them to many others. Highly recommend them!
