Jonathan was fantastic! Very thorough, patient, and answered all of my questions. His assessment and recommendations were honest and professional. He was very congnizant of costs, and walked me through the potential financial impact of everything so I could make the best decision for our situation. He even opted to do as much of a visual inspection as possible to spare us the cost of a leak test to help guide our decision to replace instead of fix our unit. We will definitely be calling Atlas for future A/C needs!

Jorge was awesome! He was incredibly knowledgeable and also took the time to explain to me what exactly the issue was with our A/C system, as well as updating me throughout the process.

Jorge was here in time and he explained everything he was going to do. He took note of all measurements, Numbers and looked at both inside and outside units. He also got in the attic and inspected the ductwork. He was sharp and is very personable. He was here in the Dallas service area today. I am submitting my review under Austin because Dallas's is not working. Thank you Jorge for the great experience.

Jonathan was awesome. Very knowledgeable, explained everything very well. I understood all the issues that the AC was having. Furthermore he reassured me that he was going to find what the issue was before leaving and would fix it ASAP. Working with trusting professionals like him bring a sense of comfort. I commend Atlas LLC for having such caring and professional technicians working with them.

Jorge was great! Took a look at our condensation issue, checked what was going on and checked the condo for temperature readings. Explained the problems and gave clear communication on next steps. I work with Atlas in our other home in San Antonio also and find them to be very professional, communicative and reasonable.

Jorge was our AC repairman in October and again in February and I cannot speak highly enough about his great attitude, quick solution oriented approach, and his detailed knowledge on AC repairs!

Jorge was extremely friendly and did not seem bothered by my barking dog, by the end of the repair he could even pet the pups that thought he was a threat to the home initially haha!

Today was installation day! It was flawless! Three very polite, skilled craftsmen arrived as scheduled. Leonardo Graterol, Nathaniel Romero, and Jesus Lopez were able to remove and install a new HVAC system without any drama. Truly professionals that know how to complete a project without creating doubt and uncertainty the installation was done properly. They made sure we were able to see everything that was done. Explained and answered all the questions. Not a scrap of paper left behind.
They made sure we were set for the cold weather. Perfect for my home.
Honestly, check their website, choose your unit and schedule. You won’t be disappointed.

Matthew came to my home and found that my drain was clogged and he repaired it in minutes. He waited to make the system reset properly. No short cuts.

Jonathan did a great job and got our heating system up and running in a few hours. He went across town getting the part that was needed, returned, installed it, and our furnace is working perfectly. I had a new replacement unit (Carrier) installed back in June. Worked great through summer.
This is a third unit for upstairs guest and game room which gets used only when needed.
Since winter hit, I’ve not needed to use it so it’s been off.
Decided to make sure the heat function works today so I turned it on in heat mode.
Let it run a bit but barely felt any heat.
I expected the heat strips to come on since it was so cold outside and the rooms were below 50 as a starting point.
My other heat pumps have heat strips which activate quickly if the outside air is too cold or the inside temp is 3 degrees colder than the asking temperature.
This new unit had different operating parameters and apparently takes 15 minutes or more trying to use just the heat pump before turning on the aux heat strips.
In summary, Jonathan performed a thorough examination of the unit operating parameters and shared them with me, along with the aux delay characteristics. The unit is performing as expected and I just need to be aware of the aux heat delay. They were kind enough not to charge me for the trip. I will be using them for my future business!

Jorge just came by to help with the same terrible AC unit Johnathon’s been working with for months. My landlord is to blame for all of it. Anyway, Jorge is great, super friendly, communicative, and informative. No one wants these problems but the staff at Atlas truly treats any issue as if they’re repairing their own home. 10/10

Oh! And shoutout to Samantha and Kayla always giving me a heads, knowing I prefer to be home for these repairs. Overall an impressive crew.

This review is only for the site survey to get a quote, not for the actual AC repair/installation. Jorge was the technician who came out to do the survey. He was very polite and also communicative of what he was doing in order to get all the information he needs. I appreciate him coming out close to the end of business hours but not rushing things, still taking time to look at everything. Whether we decide to go with them or not, Jorge left a very good first impression for the company.

John and Atlus Repair went absolutely above and beyond, got us the best deal we could find and helped us out tremendously during a very stressful AC failure in the dead of summer. Very pleasant, very professional, prompt and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Jorge came out to give us a free estimate on a mini-split AC system for a bedroom. We found him to be friendly, well-informed and enjoyable to work with. As a bonus, he's dog person and our dog Mattie loved him.

Just got an estimate from Jorge for the replacement of our old, dying heat pump. He was friendly, professional, and thorough in analyzing the requirements of our job. He made sure I understood all the details of what was needed and what was included in the price. Pricing from Atlas is totally transparent (it's right there on their website!) and there was no upselling or surprise charges for anything. It is extremely refreshing (and all too rare nowadays) to find a contractor that's so upfront with everything. I will come back and update once the install is completed.

UPDATE: Everything with the install went unbelievably smoothly. Mark and Jose came out and replaced our old equipment, no muss, no fuss. It literally could not have been easier! Atlas then went above and beyond (in my opinion) by following up with Austin Energy and doing everything required for the rebate paperwork for our new system (I just got the check!). This a company that truly provides white-glove service along with price transparency which is so rare nowadays that they're basically a unicorn. In a world where calling a contractor almost always seems like a crap-shoot Atlas stands head and shoulders above the rest. I cannot recommend them enough if you need a new A/C installed! Thanks to the Atlas team, you guys have earned my repeat business going foward!

Genesis (tech's name) came out to fix our dual zone furnace a couple times because the job required a second visit with parts. Both times he was excellent; answered any questions we had, gave us insights and advice to educate us, really helped us out, and all while being a pleasure to have in our house and totally professional, careful, and on time. Really can't ask for more.

Jorge was friendly and above all informative. Most HVAC professionals that stopped by speak in rapid generalities and tried to push the high end “variable” units to solve our problem which costs an average of 20k. Jorge quickly took pictures, measured our current system, and took the time to educate my wife and I about our current system. Between Atlas AC’s YouTube videos, Jorge’s expertise in teaching us about our own system, it became very apparent that our system wasn’t sized properly and what system is best for our home and our needs. The cherry on top of their customer service is that they go the extra mile to register the system with the manufacturer and apply to incentives offered by our energy provider.
