I can’t thank Airtron enough. A/c went out and they were able to get warranty parts ordered and installed. We did have to wait 2 weeks due manufacturer waiting time but upon arrival Alex and Angel were very apologetic for the wait time and very professional, which greatly impressed me. They stayed to make sure system was working okay, asked if I had any questions several times and when I did they were answered swiftly and professionally as well as letting me know hours of service including holidays and advising not to hesitate to call for assistance. I will highly recommend to friends and family in need of HVAC service!

We had a failure of the compressor in our A/C system. I called Airtron for a service call. Today, John and Sergio came out with a new compressor and worked on the system for 5-6 hours. They did a great job and I appreciate the quality of the system provided by Airtron.

We turned on the heater for the first time in our new home and the heat would not come on. Khan came out and got it fixed perfectly. He was very nice, explained the situation well, and was in and out in under an hour!! Very grateful for Khan and Airtron.

I had a great experience with Timmy from Airtron. He came in to check cold air blowing from the return vents. It was due to the ventilation system running for >30mins/hr and forcing cold air into the ducts. He recommended to reduce the ventilation system to run for 6min/hr.

I had Sergio come out to do a tune-up on my AC unit, and he was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left. Great service and great attitude. I definitely recommend him!

I am more than pleased with our service today, Jonathon got our heating working fast. He was knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and friendly. Thank you for your excellent work.

Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful. He throughly checked my system and asked if there was anything else he could do to help. He gave great customer service and way very clear in his advice. He answered my questions and was polite and personable. I highly recommend him.

I had a service for some issues with the thermostat not working. Angel from Airtron came over, diagnosed the issue pretty quickly, and then fixed it and was able to explain what really went wrong. Great and timely service, and would recommend it to anyone who's looking for HVAC service.

Timmy is the best. The way he serviced and way talked to us was incredible. A nice guy with more knowledge of what he does. He surpassed the expectations we had. I just wish him a promotion from his boss. He very friendly and humble to follow instructions and ready to listen to your concerns.

On 12/15/25 I had a new HVAC system, with all new ductwork, installed. The original technician, Ivan, that came to my home did a great job. Amanda, the Airtron sales coordinator, did a great job. And John Aguilar, the HVAC installer, did a great job. These folks knew their business and were helpful through the entire process. Thanks so much!

Timmy did a great job working on my unit. He took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and pointing out potential pain points to watch for in the future. I really appreciated how thorough, patient, and knowledgeable he was. Hope he will be assigned to my issues in the future (if there are any).

Professional, Honest, and Reliable Service!

I had already spoken with another company before calling Airtron, and honestly, I got some sketchy vibes that made me uneasy. Then Chris from Airtron showed up — and the difference was night and day.

Chris was professional, straightforward, and clearly knew his stuff. He took the time to explain everything, checked our equipment thoroughly, and never once tried to upsell or pressure us. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way.

It’s such a relief to find a company — and a technician — you can actually trust. Thanks to Chris and the Airtron team for restoring my confidence and taking great care of our system! Highly recommend!

Angel was an excellent technician. He was very courteous and was able to diagnose the problem with our heating system. He was also able to put in a temporary fix until the new motor comes in which is a relief because it’s getting down to the 30s again tonight.
I really appreciated the same day service and signed up for the maintenance plan which is well worth it!

Angel is a wonderful and kind person. Very caring. He did a great job in taking care of my system/AC/heater. He explained everything that was going on with the system. Very professional. Airtron is blessed to have him.

I was having issues with what seemed to be my HVAC unit outside not communicating with my thermostat inside the house. Basically the heat would continue to run and never cut off no matter what I set the thermostat to. I had to completely pull the power from the outdoor unit to get it to stop.

This was particularly concerning because I have a baby at home and this is around the time that nights got in the mid to low 30s. I quickly researched and contacted multiple companies and it seemed this was going to be a major expense. Most companies were charging me at least $150 just to come out to diagnose the issue

I was a bit discouraged but I thought I’d call the same hvac company that handled our new home warranty claims, Airtron. I didn’t expect much but I initially spoke with Leslie. She was extremely kind and patient with all my questions. She presented the most cost effective strategy, which was one of their home essential monthly service packages. It was $25/mo. She assured me most repairs and services were completely covered under this plan. This sounded too good to be true and I’m naturally very skeptical. I probably called her 3 times during that evening to ask a bunch of questions. She remained patient and genuinely wanted to help. But I remained skeptical and I wanted to wait a day or two to research some more. I eventually called back and this time spoke to Kesh. I decided I was going to take the chance on this monthly plan even though it sounded too good to be true.

Kesh was also amazing and very helpful. She answered my questions and I decided to proceed with signing up. I then asked her if it was possible to schedule an urgent visit so I can get this fixed before night time. She put me on hold briefly and worked her magic. I had a technician at my house within 30mins of hanging up the phone!

The technician’s name was Ricky P., and he was a gentleman from the beginning. Very professional and kind. I could tell I was in good hands as he seemed to take pride in his work. He ended up diagnosing the problem and replacing the faulty part. He then did numerous checks just to make sure there were no other issues and everything was indeed working properly.

I was then given my service report which showed I owed nothing! The whole job would have cost about $350 and everything was included in my home essentials plan.

Dealing with Airtron came with fast service setting up regular maintenance plan, confimation call night before, and technian arrived first part of hourly window of appointment time. Khan, the technician, walked me through the service, let me know of any found issues, and the overall HVAC maintenance that was performed at the end. He was very professional and gave tips on the things I could do for preventative measures inbetween appointments.

Great service for yearly tune-up. Tech. Ricky was able to explain and complete the tune-up task in time. Checked all necessary HVAC system and inspected all technical inside/outside, my HVAC system was good and keep moving. Highly recommended for such program/plan for any kind of service esp.if system is more than 5years old; out of system warranty!

Angel R did an excellent job replacing our heat coils. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and took the time to explain what was going on and what he was fixing. Everything was completed smoothly and the system is working perfectly now. Really appreciate the quality of work and the great service — highly recommend Angel and the Airtron team.

Henry stopped by my house for the annual maintenance of the heating and cooling systems. He was really helpful and very detailed in checking and addressing all my concerns. The tune up uncovered some insights about the heating temperature that would be ideal. Overall a happy customer.

Ladaniel was our service engineer. He was very personable and he not only quickly found the issue that was keeping the Heater from working, he also found another issue with the original install and called it in to get the parts ordered. A+++ Service in not only fixing our issue, but proactively finding other issues that were missed during install when our house was built. Highly recommend both Airtron and Ladaniel.

Update: Timmy came out to wire up our newly installed damper. When he first got here I didnt answer the door cause he pushed the doorbell button but it didnt go off in the house. While he was up wiring the damper he also reattached the doorbell wires to get it up and running again too! Great service all around.
