We have used ABC Air Conditioning for many years. They treat you how you want to be treated. They are very responsive, competent in their analysis of the problem and present multiple potential solutions to the immediate problem and explain the positives and negatives of each Course of Action. They provide fast service, very competitive pricing and quality equipment with no pressure tactics. As my wife described working with them, “They care about their customer as a person.” I think very highly of this company and the people working with the company. That is why I keep coming back.

They were amazing!! Fixed an issue I was having with my A/C and did a fantastic job. They were very thorough and kept me in the loop during the entire process. My A/C works better now than it did before it went down. I highly recommend!!

I really recommend this HVAC service to anyone thinking of getting a quote on repairs, service or install. I recently got a pretty high quote from another service, called up ABC and they showed up next day, beat the price and provided the highest possible level of service. I signed up for their bi-annual service as well.

Great service. Fair pricing. I had to replace a part of my HVAC and I called around for quotes and ABC's price was right in line with everyone else. The service from the techs was really good. They explained everything, took their time to make sure I knew what I was paying for.

ABC provides efficient, friendly and prompt service. I had them called them for a same day emergency and they were able to not only help with the request but completed the service within a few hours of my call. I am very glad I found them and look forward to doing continued business with them!

We just needed a new compressor and coil installed. We wanted to go with an American Standard / Trane since we had a brand new Trane furnace already installed. We got quotes from 3 of the 5 companies that are listed as contractors for American Standard on their website, and these guys were the cheapest option! Better yet, someone cancelled on them and they were able to do the install the same day.

Great experience overall. I called on Monday night and a repair technician came Tuesday first thing. We were working to a tight deadline that was hit and although the repairs were more than expected, ABC were fully transparent throughout and even willing to negotiate a small discount due to the unexpected extra repair.
Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Omar and his crew. Called Thursday and he was at my house by Friday morning 9am. Had got a quote from another company and they told me it would be 5k for a coil cleaning. Omar came and told me that my issue was not only the coils but I had a leak as well, ans that a coil cleaning would not fix my problem. His crew arrived by 1030 and by 130 they were done with the install. Very professional, efficient, and straightforward. Highly recommend this company and his service.

I needed to replace some drain pans and float switches on the units in my attic so I contacted ABC Austin on May 28. I signed their contract to go ahead on June 2. It is now more than 1 month later and they have not been to my property. The final straw was a 7am appointment yesterday that they failed to show up for even though I have a text message confirming the date. No apology and no attempt to reschedule! Over the last month, I have left many voice messages, text messages, and spoke in person with Omar where his follow up has been almost non-existent. I am giving 2 stars because their quote price was fair, but please stay away from this company unless you want to waste time and get frustrated like me!

ABC Austin Service Express was amazing… Full Turnkey HVAC installation (and removal of old system). It was so refreshing to have an easy to understand price point. Very professional and friendly onsite service team.

Omar and his crew @ ABC really came thru for me. My A/C went out on Sunday and I hired and paid another firm. On Monday I could not reach the other firm. I called Omar around noon and he was at the house and fixed the issue the same day. His crew was there until 9pm! To say they bring their A game is an understatement. Excellent service! We had Air conditioning problems over the weekend. We received a call back the same day on a Sunday. They scheduled us Monday at 8-9 am and were at our place Monday morning! They worked on the unit and had it going right away. They knew what the problem was and we are very thankful. Highly recommended.
