Angel responded to a call were made The night before. We called regarding an issue with our HVAC not cooling. Angel inspected the until and true bypassing the thermostat. That served to work. So he determined that the thermostat needed to be replaced. He was very responsive and diligent. Angel walked us through what he was seeing as the issue and told us to call if we see any additional issues. Very grateful for Angel and his quick response.

Exceptional Service from John Aguilar at Airtron

We recently had a leak in our HVAC system that left us without A/C—never fun, especially in Texas. The initial technician couldn’t locate the issue, so a follow-up was scheduled. That’s when John Aguilar stepped in, and wow, he was fantastic.

John found the leak within an hour and walked me through everything with photos and video to confirm the problem. He didn’t just diagnose, he educated. He laid out multiple options, clearly had our best interest in mind, and helped us make an informed decision to replace the unit.

What really stood out was John’s professionalism, deep knowledge, and genuine care. He took the time to explain the differences between units and made sure we felt confident in our choice. Airtron has already scheduled the install for tomorrow, and the best part? John will be back to finish the job.

I wanted to share my experience with Ricky from Airtron. He spent the entire day at our home working diligently to locate an HVAC leak. While he ultimately wasn't able to find the source of the leak, I was genuinely impressed by his dedication and work ethic.

He was thorough, professional, and didn't give up easily. He checked multiple areas, used various diagnostic tools, and kept me informed throughout the process. It's clear he takes pride in his work.

I appreciated his honesty about the situation and his willingness to put in the time and effort. Not every problem has an easy solution, and his commitment to trying everything possible spoke volumes about his character and professionalism.

We had a great experience with Ivan today. We have had an ongoing issue with our damper. After years of back-and-forth with our home builder regarding access to the damper, we have finally reached a solution. Ivan was professional, intelligent, and personable. I would highly recommend Ivan to anyone using Airtron’s services. Should we need Airtron’s services in the future, I will be requesting Ivan. While the cost of the visit was more expensive than I would have liked, I am relieved that our damper issue has finally been resolved.

Airtron is the holder of my warranty for my heating and cooling. I had noticed an odor coming through the vents. They quickly got someone scheduled and within 24 hours Khan was here. He is the most thorough tech. He explained things I never knew, asked lots of questions and really made me feel like everything was ok. He was kind and worked quickly even though he was thorough. If ever I need service again I hope Airtron sends me Khan.

John Aguilar came out and was awesome - if anything, he over explained everything so we really understood what was going on. In the beginning we were hesitant to sign up for the maintenance plan, But after having John here and seeing what our problem was and what the plan could do for us, we happily became members. The visit was thorough and pleasant and we would highly recommend John and Airtron. This is not to mention that the original call to schedule the service was also a very pleasant experience!

Thank you AirTran for great service. Timmy worked on my HVAC unit and spent quality time diagnosing and then solving the problem. He also was very diligent in explaining what needed to be done. I appreciated his thoroughness and careful work in showing me the results of the repairs.

John and Jonathan came out and basically had to rebuild my AC unit.They were super friendly, quick and respectful. Communication from the company themselves and the guys was great. John explained everything they would be doing and kept me in the loop during the process which was really great.

Sergio and Alex have been wonderful. They came to my home during inclement weather and snow to inspect my heating furnace, quickly fixed the issue, and were professional and courteous throughout. Airtron has been the best, I’ve been availing their services for the past 6 years and continue to be very happy with their service.

Angel from Airtron came out to replace the inductor motor in our furnace today. He was a very competent and pleasant young man who knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything, cleaned up the site when he was finished, and made sure that our system was running properly before he departed. A job well done and our confidence in Airtron remains intact. For the price point, I have to add that we are on their $32 per month plan, which means we paid nothing extra for the service.

Timmy did incredible work in my home. He fixed the AC that was bothering us and was able to advise to every single question I did ask based on his professional background and experience. He has exceeded our home expectations. I recommend him for every opportunity that arise from his company to be promoted. He is the best in customer service and understands customer needs with care and quality and respect. He deserves the best. I could give him more than five stars if that would work.

Henry from Airtron came out to do the winter service on our home’s HVAC system. He was incredibly polite, professional, & thorough. He made sure the system was running corrrctky and suggested practical solutions to consider adding on in the future. Great service!

My client is selling his home and the inspection found that the heat pump wasn’t working so it would need to be fixed or figure out what was wrong. Unbeknownst to me, my client had a monthly maintenance contract with Airtron. This ended up being a moneysaver.. After a minor scheduling snafu, at no fault of the company, we were on the schedule for Monday, yesterday. Airtron called me at the agreed time to let me know the HVAC tech was on his way, which I appreciated given my schedule. The tech’s name was Angel. He was so very polite and even offered to wear the shoe covers (side note- took them on and off as he would enter or leave the home). He was very calm, efficient, and he had thorough answers for the questions I had. he even made a few recommendations and wasn’t salesy. I deal with a lot of vendors and can truly say he is someone I would want to have work on my system at home if needed. He took photos for confirmation of work as well. I highly recommend him!

Several people from this company have come to my home for maintenance or repair. They have been absolutely patient with my elderly parents and have kept that unit safe. They educate the customer. And because of them I change the filter myself. They have been instrumental in making sure my parents had safe and warm home during the snows and ice. I have paid they're extended coverage and they honor it truly. Thank you

Khan the contractor from Airtron , did an amazing job with my ac unit today, he placed fuel. Did some adjustments to stop the noise that bothered me and went above and beyond to explain the mechanism and I fully understood to change the filter I was not aware of. I learned so much today, and to extend warranty when it is time. I’m very pleased with his service and I will be very happy to recommend him to anybody that needs this service. Wish him the best.

Angel Z. quickly identified that the issue was a malfunctioning thermostat upstairs, which was causing the airflow to be directed mostly to the upper floor and not properly reaching downstairs. He explained everything clearly, demonstrated strong technical knowledge, and resolved the problem promptly by replacing the thermostat.

Angel was also very polite, professional, and courteous throughout the visit. It’s reassuring to work with someone who truly knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend this service!
