I had a great experience getting a new HVAC system for my home. Omar was my point of contact who went above and beyond during this installation. Informed me of deficiencies in my old system and provided me with the knowledge that helped me make a decision to get a new system. I was experiencing issues during the summer and worked with me to get assessed the same day. By far the best service I’ve received. Will remain a long time customer.

ABC did a great job replacing our AC unit. They were fair, and quick. We called them Tuesday afternoon and less than 24 hours later we had a new unit. They let us know what our options were and I didn’t feel pressured at all to go with the more expensive option. Would definitely recommend.

Called for an evaluation of system operation and estimate of repair. ABC. Austin Service Express was able to have someone onsite the next day. Technician Determined part was under warranty and I was able to obtain required new module from manufacturer myself and have ABC install it as soon as it arrived. Excellent service.

I had a wonderful experience with ABC and Omar. I called a few companies before I found ABC and I was told that they did not want to work with my unit (a mini-split), or o I would never get followed up with. Omar was happy to take on the problem and took care of everything from checking my warranty, to ordering parts, to promptly and thoroughly solving the problem and installing the new piece. Omar’s rate was competitive and I am more than satisfied with the work! Will be calling again in the future with any HVAC needs.

I am remodeling a shed and needed to have a licensed HVAC tech to install a mini split. I talked to about 4 different companies and ABC Austin Service Express provided the fastest, competitive and best customer service. Omar was very diligent in getting me a quote with my requirements and I wanted to have the unit raised from the ground and to have copper lines and electrical wires be protected by an enclosure. The installation was done to perfection. His techs are very experienced and good at customer service. We discussed the location options and they did the rest. Very happy with the results.

We recently moved into a new home and found both the heat and AC were not working. ABC Austin Service Express was recommended to us. I called late, after 9PM and received a text back within minutes. The weather was pleasant, so we didn’t need our HVAC that night. Omar called me first thing the next morning, and had a technician in my home by noon. After troubleshooting, a problem was found with the unit inside my house. Omar gave a fair estimate to repair the problem but, after weighing that cost with the age of the unit, we thought it would be best to replace it. The estimate for replacing the unit was fair, and we decided to move forward. In order to maximize time, being as efficient as possible, they suggested removing the old unit immediately and preparing my furnace closet for the new installation. The new furnace would be available to pick up first thing the next morning. Removal of the old unit was quick and the technicians took great care in protecting the floor and cleaning up after themselves. Two technicians arrived with the new unit just before 9:00AM the following morning and started installation. I was impressed, not only by the installation of the furnace itself, but in the attention to detail paid to the entire closet, finishing the entire floor with a protective coat of sealant. They tested both the heat and AC and, when they left, there was no sign of them being there, removing all trash and vacuuming any mess that was made. As a stroke of bad luck, the unit stopped working shortly after they left. I texted Omar, who immediately responded and personally returned. It was thought that the fuse shipped with the new furnace was weak, as it had blown. They tested to make sure there were no installation issues, replaced the fuse, and tested the system. It’s been about a month, alternating AC and heat and everything is working flawlessly. I’d definitely recommend Omar and the guys at ABC Austin Express Service. They get the job done at a fair price, install perfectly and, if there are any issues, are quick to respond and address the situation.

Omar is the best, this guy was my 3rd option and I'm so glad I did. He was very nice from the beginning and he offered me several options. The other 2 guys only offered me one choice and it was a very high price. Omar came and showed me how it was supposed to work and it was like half the price. I wanted to wait a few days before I posted something on line. Omar is really good, I really felt comfortable with him I never felt pressured on anything. I gave him a $50 tip for his good work. I will definitely call Abc Austin Service Express and ask for Omar, I will only have Omar at my house

We had one of our homes lose heat during a recent cold snap. Omar and his team were able to squeeze us in last minute and got the system operational to get the residents through the evening while they sourced replacement parts. The following day they were able to install and get everything working again. Great service, effective communication and reasonably priced. We definitely will be reaching out to them again in the future for our other homes that we manage.

The team was honest and transparent throughout the entire process, and they completed everything on time just as promised. Omar and his team came out and helped us to move my outdoor unit over about 6 feet because I was going to extend my home. Omar is the best he is easy to work with and very understandable and funny too. He’s always saying jokes , He made everything flow like water, like he says. I had Ed out for a A/C repair yesterday.Same day service and awesome workmanship.I finally have a A/C guy I am 100% confident with.

I tried calling Austin Air Conditioning and got a different company. This appears to be a fraudulent listing.

I have had wonderful service both of them. They are very honest- they will not push to replace parts or unit if they can fix it cheaper. I have known and used them for 40 years and would call someone else. They are just hard working Christian men, not trying to expand their business but just to service as many homes as the two of them can handle.

Came and checked the system. Saw that the Freon is low. Topped it up without checking for the leak and fixing the issue. Said that the sealant would fix the leak. Charged me for the top up. This summer the same problem has occurred again since the leak was never fixed. Money down the drain. I tried to call him. Kept dodging me saying he is busy. He was recommended by a neighbour unfortunately.
