I can't believe in today commerce with anything and everything available on line, this company will only sell to contractors. No wonder AMAZON is putting companies like this out of business. Hint for everyone just buy it online, it's cheaper either way.

The wait time is ridiculous. Nobody in the line or in the dock area, the guy told me to go wait by the the dock area and someone should be there with my order. Been waiting 15 minutes so far and nothing so far and I've seen the dude that supposed to be helping me talking with another guy. Just horrible customer service

Great plumbing warehouse you can find most of the plumbing stuff but for havc you need to go to the havc Ferguson and you need to be ready to wait couple minutes before someone help you with your order

After trane’s very dis functional warehouse and lousy customer service I went to Ferguson and I don’t go anywhere else now. Top tier customer service, everyone works together, knowledgeable and dependable staff. Very tight ship at this location.

The crew was out at our house to install a new outdoor condenser unit after the old one finally give out. They removed the old unit carefully and setted the new one on a fresh pad. The installation took most of the morning and the technician connected everything and charged the system before running a full test. The new unit is much quieter than the old one and cools the house more evenly. They also checked the indoor components while they were there and said everything inside was still in good condition. The pricing was what they had quoted us and there was no hidden charges. The crew was friendly and respectful and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. We been running the new unit daily since the install and have had no problems at all. Would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable contractor for this type of work.
