Exceptional service! Living in Austin Texas has been challenging because of the extreme heat. You really need a guy like Tyrone on your speed-dial. Excellent service! After calling in for service, Tyrone was able to immediately respond within the day and fix the issue at hand. Even provided helpful maintenance and checking advice to handle future mishaps with a clogged AC drain.

Tyrone came out and looked at the AC and gave great tips, called back a couple weeks later due to insulation being replaced and repaired the conduit that was damaged during the insulation install.

Our A/C went out on Easter Sunday. The only available company came in and tried to convince us that we needed a whole new unit or an expensive repair that would take days. Ty came by and fixed the issue in a couple of hours for a lot less money. I'd highly recommend!

Tyrone was amazing. He went above and beyond helping me work with my home warranty company and in assisting with temporary AC solutions while we waited for approvals to come through. When all was said and done, he gave me a fair price and did an excellent install of a new AC system. Our AC just stopped working a few days ago due to clogged drainage of the main unit (which, we only found out when Tyrone explained everything to us), and we got assigned Tyrone as our technician and man, we were lucky.
He was very communicative and polite from the very beginning. He was on time and was able to diagnose and solve the problem in no time when he arrived. He was also super easygoing and was nice enough to explain everything when I asked him each and every time even though I took some time to understand everything. I think this was the best experience I had with any technician in my life.

My mother-in-law A/C went out after the big storm this week and I gave Tyrone a call and he told me what time he would be there and boy was he there and ready to save the day. Very professional, very polite, very informative, very efficient, and most importantly very affordable. My mother-in-law called about an hour after he left and ask me did that nice guy put in a brand new system it’s blowing colder than it ever has. Tyrone was great, helped out so much when my downstairs unit went down. He walked me through everything he tested, how it works, what was broken, and gave way more time to help than he charged me for (running to stores to get parts and on the phone with equipment suppliers). He was communicative and clear about times and was friendly and happy to help. Prices were fair and work was good. I'll definitely use him again in the future for any AC needs. Happy to recommend him!
