Can't say enough about Tyrone and the service we received for our a/c. Our a/c went out on a Friday afternoon in September while company was on the way for the weekend. Tyrone was technically off work but when I called he came over immediately to check it out. As expected, we needed a new system. I had already received multiple quotes on it this year. Not only was Tyrone's quote the most practical, he was the easiest to work with. He did a fantastic job! I felt very comfortable having him in and out of the house and around my family. Such a great guy! He worked so hard for us and our new a/c is cooling great. Bonus: a few days after install, something was wrong with our unit. Turns out it was a simple valve that needed to be reconnected. Things happen! But when I called to tell Tyrone something was amiss a couple of days after install, he was at my house and fixed the issue in under an hour. Things happen and he handled the situation so well. He was over immediately, no questions asked, (and no charge). I would highly recommend Tyrone and his services! 5 stars all around!

I was coming home from a road trip and our central air system went out. I had an idea to get a whole house fan installed to try and save a lot of money over a new central air system and the electricity costs. I went to take a look around my attic and I knew it was going to be an absolute pain to do it and I’m not experienced enough to tackle this alone. Tyrone was highly recommended to me by a friend and we had a successful install of the system when it was cooler in the late evening. It felt great having fresh cool outside air circulate the house and replace the old and hot air. Tyrone was very upfront, honest, and very adaptable. I wasn’t experienced enough as a DIYer in working on a home like this but Tyrone’s experience and energy made this humbling job a fun learning experience for the both of us.

SUNDAY SPECIAL!! I called him on Saturday night because my thermostat had gone completely blank. He patiently walked me through some troubleshooting steps, then said he’d need to come out to take a look. Before purchasing a new thermostat, he called to confirm with me first — which I truly appreciated. When he arrived, he inspected everything, discovered a wiring issue, and repaired that as well. His thoroughness impressed me, especially when he went the extra mile to test my heating system and ensure it was functioning properly.
I called him for one issue, and he resolved three — all at a reasonable price! Tyrone is now my go-to for all heating and air conditioning needs. I trust his honesty, professionalism, and quality of service. Good service is hard to find, but I found it with TYRONE AC & HEATING!

I first came to ABA a few years ago when my old company did not respond after several attempts to reach them on a very hot weekend. When I called ABA they came out immediately and replaced the motor on our outdoor unit. Have used them ever since for regular twice a year maintenance/checks and to install a new system and duct work at another house. All has gone smoothly. Today, I was especially impressed by the very thorough job that Brandon did in his spring maintenance check of our a/c system. He carefully cleaned the outside unit. He discovered that the capacitor was nearing the end of its life and replaced it. Their technicians have been professional and pleasant. I've also used them for a refrigerator repair. They do give a window of time but will call with updates if the technician will be late.

Great customer service and superb execution. My HVAC went out on a Sun. I left a message and ABA returned my call within the hour. They had a tech there the following morning and the unit was repaired. My experience has been nothing but stellar. Highly recommend ABA.

Very horrible customer service and misleading price information for an ELDERLY VETERAN. I have called several times and emailed the owner with no response. The technician and the manager gave conflicting answers. I would love for the owner to respond back to me.

We've worked with this AC company for a while now. They patiently worked with us as we dragged our feet replacing an old unit. They always got it up and running at an affordable cost. We finally made the jump for a new system. At this point it's quite obvious that we were foolish not getting an new unit sooner. The initial cost is a bit up there in price, but financing was offered making it possible. Our electric bill has significantly dropped and the house stays cold even with the thermostat kept at 73.

I highly recommend this company. You'll aways get a friendly professional. Quality products with the added bonus of energy efficient.

AB Appliance provides a great service for heating and air conditioning .i receive reminders when a service is due, schedule easily , and they show up on time for a thorough check up on my unit. They have also given me sound phone advice for small problems, and then followed up later . They are honest, trustworthy , and reliable . I highly recommend AB Appliance for regular services, repair and unit replacement. I have been a customer for years!

We returned home very late from a trip to find that our AC wasn't working. Submitted an online request to ABA and by 715am they had me set up with a technician. Brandon McGinnity was at our place shortly after 8am, quickly assessed the issue and explained our options. He had our AC up and running in 30 minutes tops and even cleaned our outside unit while waiting to ensure the AC was fixed and working properly. He was personable and professional. Highly recommended both ABA and Brandon.

ABA was great. My air conditioner needed to be fixed, and Brandon came out quickly and figured out what it needed right away. He was friendly and polite and got along really well with my dog.
