Excellent customer service - *very* prompt response to request, my technician (Brandon) showed up within half an hour of making an online request, and was efficient, professional, and courteous. Fair price. Very smooth experience from beginning to end, highly recommend.

I have been using ABA Heating and Cooling for 3 years. I appreciate their spring & fall HVAC maintenance plan. It gives me piece of mind to have our system inspected and any issues addressed before any larger issues comes up. Our technicians have always been friendly and fast. Highly recommend ABA!

Let me start with my call with the Laura. She was compassionate and had lots of understanding. When Kelvin arrived. He was kind and helpful. What can I say, they got the job done. Expert of his craft. I’m so thankful. I didn’t take any pictures.

Kelvin was awesome! Our AC went out on a Sunday afternoon- called and was helped immediately. Showed up quickly, explained what was wrong and had us up and running in an hour! We were in warranty so there was no charge.

This is truly a great company. We had a different one come out first and they charged over $300 just to check out what the problem was. We called ABA and Andy came out and did an amazing and honest job of looking at the problem. He charged us less than $70 for the diagnostic testing, and he took more time than the first company. He found one additional problem and took all the necessary measurements we needed. We decided to replace our entire unit.
Justin and Thomas (I believe that was their names) replaced our unit and they did a fantastic job. They were extremely hardworking in the heat, they were friendly, Knowledgeable, and took their time at the end of the day to explain the details about our new system. The job was completed in less time than estimated. This company even took the time to take care of warranty paperwork for us for our new system. I highly recommend them.

Easy appointment setting, even for late night. Technician arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and explained what repair was needed. He even suggested an additional repair to help a recurrence of the problem due to the age of the system. There was no pressure to accept either option. He completed the accepted repairs, and everything has been working fine since.

Top notch service. Was told by another company my issue was another issue but after Andrew came and did a thorough review he found the root of the actual cause the AC was not working. Less than an hour he had my AC running again during the Texas summer. Absolutely recommend!

Had a free "health check" of my AC. The technician found some issues that, although not critical, indicated future problems. He was able to fix it on-site and I was very pleased with both the work and the customer service.

Kevin is great at explaining what is going on with my system and helping me understand what is absolutely necessary at certain times to work with my financial constraints

Jeremiah replaced the ice maker in our side-by-side refrigerator freezer. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. He was able to tell me exactly what caused our ice maker to stop working.

Our AC unit stopped working on Saturday afternoon Exactly what anyone would want on a really hot day. I called ABA, got a real person, told her the problem, another real person called me back almost immediately and told me a technician would be at our residence within an hour or less. Incredible. The technician called and said he was about 20 minutes out. He arrived, diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly, all with a smile on his face. We’ve used ABA previously for several issues and have always been totally satisfied with them. Thank you ABA for your quality customer service

While ABA was prompt it was questionable how the tech performed the fix and there was way too much up selling. I had a situation where it appeared everything was running but the system was not cooling. The tech correctly noticed the compressor fan was running but the compressor was not. Before he even opened the system he went out and got a new capacitor. When he opened the system he found a hard start kit, and immediately removed it saying it didn't need to be on a new system and was oversized. I had never seen a hard start system so had to take his word on it. He however still wanted to sell me the new runtime capacitor, but stopped after I had him show me the multi-meter on it. After that he tried to sell me on a service contract/

Even after the up-selling I was pretty happy until I got the invoice where he wrote it up that he told me to replace the hard start system with the appropriate sized capacitor. This is 100% not true.

So then I decided I better look into it, because its not like another tech installed the hard start, the systems came new with them from the installer.

Turns out that Carrier recommends a hard start system for long line installations where height between condenser and air handler were greater than 20 ft which mine is.

So tech diagnosed bad hard start capacitor correctly, then incorrectly said it wasn't required, but was correct it was oversized and tried to sell me some stuff I didn't need.

Overall experience was okay, but kind of felt like they sent a guy out just to sell me a capacitor and a service contract.

Wet satisfied with the whole process from the estimate to the final product. The crew that did the installation were a great team. They left the job site cleaner than they found it. Would definitely recommend and they have become my go to HVAC company.

My ac stopped working over night and I was very pleased to get a same day appointment from ABA. My technician, Alex, was fast and clean and had the system working again in no time.

I had a pleasant experience with ABA Heating and Cooling. From the initial contact, everything was clear and straightforward. The scheduling and tracking system made it easy to know when the technician would arrive, adding a layer of convenience that I really appreciated.

My technician, Brandon, was professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and efficiently addressed the situation, ensuring that everything was handled with care and expertise. I felt well-informed throughout the service process without any unnecessary complications.

Overall, I highly recommend ABA Heating and Cooling for their user-friendly service and the expertise of professionals like Brandon.

Told me my brand new motor was bad and circuit board was bad. Wanted $2700 to repair. Did I mention the motor was brand new? And he said he tested the motor separately and it was bad. Even after he was told it was fresh out of the box.
Bought a new circuit board on Amazon for $220, replaced in 15 minutes and somehow the bad motor started working. Im not sure how an experienced technician would charge a $1900 labor charge for a job that can be done in less than 1 hour. And thats with changing out a fan motor. Would recommend getting second opinion if you have them give you a quote. And make sure if you buy a new unit that the warranty covers parts and labor. Seems their labor charges are a “little” extravagant.
